- Check-in process taking long time, - luggage was delivered to the room one hour late after we got in the room , it is clear that Hotel is under staffed. - 2 elevators in the hotel are not enough and resulting in long waiting time. - Swimming pool is closed at 6 PM , gust can’t enjoy the facility freely

The swimming pool is too small and freezing cold.. They have only 2 elevators which they use for everything!! So you will wait for a long time .

the hotel is amazing in all aspects and exceeded my expectations . when I check in they give me free upgrade to suite with balcony . staff was super friendly and very helpful always smiling and do all best to meet needs and make my stay conferrable. suite was super clean, specious, and very nice modern designee with nice touches of art. facilities also very nice and have specious basement parking and also free valet parking. location is superb near everything you want. hotel is so quite and relaxing. if anyone looking for staying at suites this hotel will be the first choice you should look for.

I recently stayed at Conrad Bahrain for two nights, and it was an absolutely amazing experience! From the moment I arrived, the staff provided outstanding service, ensuring every detail of my stay was perfect. The room was spacious, luxurious, and impeccably clean, with breathtaking views and all the amenities one could need. The bed was incredibly comfortable, making it easy to relax and recharge. Overall, Conrad Bahrain exceeded my expectations in every way. I highly recommend it to anyone seeking a luxurious and memorable stay in Bahrain.

Hotel has very good location, walking distance from Souk Al Bahar. One bedroom suite was amazing and very spacious & clean, kitchen has everything what is required, cofee, tea and water are complementary. I liked books in the room about Bahrain and Art. Professional hotel team: Mrudu Nair ( Front Office Manager ), Aneesha, Sayyed, Salman, Sylvestre & Sunday gave me best hospitality and care during my stay. Food and drinks in Sushisamba (upper floor ) was amazing, same as stunning view. I highly reccomend and will be happy to come back again.

Very clean and very organized, room service was fantastic and the sushi samba at the top floor is one of the best sushi places in Bahrain. The check in was flowless and the staff at the reception are top notch. Special thanks to Mr. Ameer he's an exceptional asset to Conrad. The trade room and cigar lounge on the first floor is special.
Water pressure at the showers need some adjustments to increase it. Ac doesn't go bellow 19 c even though it's winter room was slightly on the warmer side.
