Luxurious stay, beautiful hotel, beautiful rooms, best location & amazing view. The ladies in the reception "Alyssa & Karla" were so helpful during the check in/out procedure. They were friendly & made us feel at home & the made sure our stay is exeptional ❤️

I asked one guy in the reception by phone to extend my stay for one hour only & he refused. He said it's a busy day while it was not! It was Tuesday, no vacation, no holiday & no events! I felt stupid asking him 👎

Hatem's extensive local knowledge and willingness to go above and beyond ensured that all my needs were met effortlessly, while Soufian's attentiveness and seamless management of the reception area created a welcoming and efficient environment. We had a fantastic stay ! Excellent location, accessible from the airport and perfect as a base for getting to all parts of the city. The breakfast was amazing and varied to suit all tastes. Our room on the 32th floor had a beautiful view. It was also well cleaned and the bed comfortable Recommended to everyone, many congratulations

I liked the view of our room, and the cleanliness and modern style of the hotel. I chose this hotel for our honeymoon, and they gave us a complimentary cake and the lady Yousra was very nice and gave us a late check out.

It's a brand new property and the finishing is excellent.

The hotel is still under soft opening and allot of the 5 star services are not available yet. Such as restaurants and room service. I would have found it much more appreciated if they opend once everything was ready. Having these services missing was a real issue.

Truly a five star experience. This hotel is beautifully designed. Smells very good. Food offered daily at the reception (Arabic coffee, Bahraini sweets, dates juices , etc) Reception is truly excellent. Alla :), Mustafa, yousef, made the experience more amazing. I stayed at the hotel during busy seasons and therefore the staff was well prepared and immaculate. Free and well executed valet parking with good service and concierge. The hotel is centrally located, 5 minutes away from the avenues mall, and a 5 minute walking distance from the Bahrain bay and its shops and cafes. Walking distance to a shop that’s open 24 hours and caribou coffee The suites are spacious and well designed. Very comfortable beds and the views are amazing. The toiletries are good and generously provided daily. The house cleaning does a great job as well (thanks seddique) The kids playground is nice and well accommodated and security wise protected. The pools are nice as well having internal and external ones. I’m amazed at the whole experience and truly found my favorite hotel now in Bahrain. I’ll always come back because truly it’s an amazing hotel with a perfect customer experience.

I had a wonderful stay at Onyx! The property exceeded my expectations in so many ways. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-maintained, offering a perfect blend of comfort and style. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, always ensuring that every need was met.

While my stay at Onyx was overall pleasant, one thing that could be improved is the layout of the elevator area. The guest elevator was located right next to the service elevator, which often made the area busy with luggage and service staff. This created some congestion and waiting time for guests. Improving the flow in this area would enhance the overall experience.
