I travel frequently and have stayed in many hotels around the world, but this hotel is by far one of the best experiences i have had. I was warmly welcomed by the friendly staff, who checked me in quickly and assisted with my luggage to the room. The room itself was perfect, very clean, has everything one needs, very spacious, and has a great view. The hospitality was by far the best. Every staff member I encountered was kind, attentive, and genuinely made me feel cared for. They ensured that my stay was as comfortable as possible. I enjoyed my time at the Charthouse that I even extended my stay.

This hotel was amazing and fun to stay in. The spacious room with partial sea view balcony and master bedroom. Lovely kitchen and dining area felt so cozy and the staff was so nice and helpful. There are a few things that would help give this a 10/10 like the room service food quality/quantity and some necessities missing from the bathroom like a shower gel or shampoo holder in the shower. My room was quiet and felt like home away from home. City Center and The Avenues malls are both very close by car but so are other places of interest like the old Manama Central Market and Gulf of Bahrain. The surrounding area is mostly other hotels so it's so peaceful and quiet. When I visit Bahrain again, this hotel will be my choice to stay.

Showers need some holders/placement shelves for soap and shampoo. There was a piece of potato chips under the trash can which even when house keeping cleaned the room was still there when I got back. That's all.

My stay at Charthouse was by all means above my expectations. This hotel is extraordinary. I booked 2-bedroom apartment with partial see view. All my pre-check-in requests were met. The check-in was fast and super easy. The Vallet service was fast and free of charge. The Lobby was beautiful with many seatings and coffee shop. The rooms were very clean and well designed. All the facilities in the apartment were there. The kitchen was well equipped. The view from the apartment was stunning. The housekeeping service was prompt. My greetings go to Mr. Nurul who have helped us and responded to all our needs during our stay. The location was great at the Bahrain harbor sidewalk by the sea with nearby supermarket, shops, cafes and restaurants. I used the Gym (24/7) & it was clean and fully equipped. The infinity pool in the rooftop was amazing with pool service available. All in All, This hotel made my family vacation just perfect. Highly recommended!

My advice to the management of the hotel is to add a Kids club to the hotel facilities.

Location, Staff, view..

Missing towels shelf, soup and shampoo shelf or tray at shower box, main switch when closed, it closes even the bathroom lights, missing curtains or shades at the bathroom that makes no privacy at night, and finally the key for the room is the old classic type.

Everything was amazing Starting from the service outside when you arrive by car, especially the very friendly staff that were always there to welcome you with a smile and take your car to the parking lot. Help with the luggages, friendly staff at the reception for check in, gives tips what to visit in Bahrain. The room is spotless, super clean, comfy, amazing view, awesome bathroom etc everything was perfect! The smell in the hallways by the elevator was smelling crazy good as well! (forgot to ask which perfume that was...?) Overall very nice!

Everything was perfect, the room is specious with partially see view. The room is equipped with all needs e.g. washing machine, coffee maker, smart TV with YouTube and Netflix streaming. The bathroom is excellent, with good water pressure, nicely decorated. The view is beautiful too on the harbour.

The AC at the living room couldn’t adjusted for some reason, “so cold” No privacy at the balcony, as the nest door balcony can see each other even the reflection on their living room.

Great penthouse and facilities. Exceptional indeed. Service second to none and the cafe at the lobby have exquisite coffee and pastries and the barista knows their stuff.

They haven’t figured out how to manage their humidity and their ACs.. a few rooms and corridors were wet most of the time because they are reactive and haven’t gotten an HVAC person to adjust the settings and flow to address the water collection. Also they would benefit from adjusting where guests park and where the valet parking is set aside. Beddings are too warm, there are versions more suitable for hot/humid weather.

The service at this hotel is exceptional. The staff are welcoming and go above and beyond to ensure that you have an enjoyable stay. The location is excellent, the rooms are big, beautiful and spotlessly clean, outstanding value for money, exceeded my expectation in every way.

There are no private showers/changing rooms for the pool and gym facilities. The coffee stand does not offer any dairy free alternatives, the numbers for reception and in room dining are not displayed anywhere in the room.
