Our stay was simply perfect - not only did we have a breathtaking beach view right from our room, but the cleanliness was impeccable. And let's talk about the location - it couldn't have been better! Plus, the pool was impressive, with its clean water and inviting warmth adding to the experience. thanks to the exceptional staff Mr. Nurun, the manager in charge, went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. Additionally, the bellboys, Mr. Angelo and Mr. Surish, provided outstanding service throughout our stay, adding to the overall positive experience.

While our overall experience at the hotel was wonderful, we did find that the pool designated for kids was on the smaller side. Despite this, we still managed to enjoy ourselves and make the most of our stay.

This is our second time staying here because we enjoyed it very much the first time. Everything from spacious room, comfort, view, cleanliness, service and facilities were great. The bellhop Ahmad was especially helpful during check in and check out and handled our many many items with the utmost care. From the facilities used, the rooftop restaurant is relaxing and has a nice view, also the spa provided a relaxing massage. We used this vacation to stay in a lot, so we used the great kitchen which includes kitchenware and was wonderful. Quick service was always provided as well. Thank you for an awesome stay and for always having a smile on your face!

The water pressure in the shower is weak, which is a little annoying. One of the sinks in the bathroom was also leaking a lot of water. The sounds of moving furniture and cleaning from the restaurant above woke us up daily. Not sure about the rest of the facilities, but the spa needs to be updated in terms of towels and massage bed, which should be more comfortable and modern (the room smells old).

We recently stayed at this hotel, and I can confidently say it was excellent in every aspect. From the moment I arrived, the staff was warm, welcoming, and highly professional. The check-in process was smooth and efficient. The room was spotless, beautifully decorated, spacious and exceptionally comfortable. Every detail, from the linens to the lighting, was clearly thought out to enhance the guest experience. The amenities were top-notch—reliable Wi-Fi, a well-equipped fitness center, a relaxing spa and a bar. Dining at the hotel restaurant was another highlight. The food was delicious, with a diverse menu and excellent service to match. Breakfast was especially impressive, offering a wide variety of fresh options, together with accommodating staffs & chefs (thanks to Ms Ann for providing everything in our breakfast). Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations. Whether you're traveling for business or leisure, I highly recommend it for an outstanding stay.

I had an amazing stay at Amwaj Ramada Hotel. The experience was wonderful, with the staff being incredibly polite and friendly, especially with children, which created a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere. The room I stayed in was very spacious and comfortable, with all services conveniently located nearby. I also truly appreciated the room upgrade they provided upon learning that I traveled from the UAE. Their exceptional hospitality made my stay unforgettable, and I highly recommend this hotel.

The location is slightly away from most tourist attractions, this is a very minor issue, and the hotel’s many other advantages more than make up for it.

Size, location, parking

Upon requesting cleaning of utensils we were told they don’t have this service. We were told to clean them ourselves and that too using bathing soap and shampoo. Whenever I travel with family, we stay in apartments for convenience where such services come by default. This is the first time we experienced such a lack of service. If this is thier policy then we won’t stay in Ramada again.

The room was spacious, and there were 3 rooms and each have balcony, beds are comfort, the staff are very pleased and co-operative. - Mr. Moez in reception made our check-in and check-out very easy. - Mr. Saeed during the breakfast was so supportive and made our day of creating smile in my kids face and he tried his best to provide the best service. - Mr. Suresh the life-guard was so helpful and he supported us a lot during the visit. Overall I am so pleased to stay in with Ramada group in Amwaj.

The two only things I don't like was the A/C was not cooling enough in the same time control was available only in the living room for all rooms and the bottles soup were not functioning well even after replacing them the new one was not functioning. I used the one functioned well and I moved it to one of the toilets which was used by us.

Internet in and around the facility is very good, surplus car parking facility. Room service is fantastic. We had booked a sea view two bedroom apartment 618. House keeping was visting us daily to clean and tidy the room. Ramada staff members are so good, all staff members in all departments are so friendly and down to the earth. All of them are so good but still I feel to mention this name "Mr. Nurun Nabi Shahin" who was there for all type of support and enquiry a very kind person, Thank you Mr. Nurun.

Ramada Amwaj is near to Sea and located in a silent area, this property is 10 years old, I feel they have to update some of the furniture's. The property is far away from city center as we had our own vehicle it was not an issue. The swimming pool is not so user friendly, the Jacuzzi need more pressure. The steam room is useless they have to provide more steam.

What a fantastic stay we’ve just enjoyed for my Mum’s 80th Birthday Celebrations. The hotel is perfectly located on Amwaj Islands, and our 2 Bedroom Apartment on the 9th Floor was beyond any expectations, with beautiful views out over the lagoon and Arabian Gulf. The birthday decorations and balloons organised by Ms. Ibtihal on the Master Bedroom bed, along with card, fruit basket and slice of cake as we entered, reduced my Mum to tears. Likewise, we were all hugely impressed by the standard of cleanliness; attention to detail and quality of the rooms; and the willingness to cater for guests’ every need, which was evident from check-in to departure. Mr Nurun, the Front Office Manager, was consistently attentive and helpful, and everyone from the pool and gym staff, to the domestic staff, to the lovely Disha, who was absolutely wonderful at looking after us in the restaurant every day, proved what a fantastic hotel this is. I can’t give enough thanks for making my Mum’s special day so unforgettable; our parents departed with a feeling of joy and happiness, and a love of Bahrain and their perfect weekend in your hotel. Absolutely recommended to anyone, and fantastic staff who will certainly do everything they can to look after you.

Nothing; it was all fantastic!

We are very glad to stay in this hotel. We have been traveling around the world, but the first time we got a wonderful hospitality.. we a family of 5 adults & 5 kids had a night stay in the hotel, and we had to check out early morning due to some uregncy before 4 am. So i requested the hotel restaurant manager to see if they can shift our morning breakfast into a day ahead to dinner.. Although it was difficult as my booking was through booking.com but still hotel restaurant manager Mr. Ankur offered us a free dinner to my complete family. My special thanks to Mr.Ankur [Restaurant Manager] & Mr. Farooq [Food & Beverage supervisor] for their kind gesture to my family.

There is nothing to dislike..

Big rooms with clean furnitures , room service wan not the best but in overall view its one of the best places to stay. the location is important, to find this price in such location its rare so overall it will take 4.5 out of 5

the parking is small with respect to the hotel size; i hope to see car parking staff next time. i hope that the respond from the room service staff become faster than this and dont miss items. when the wind hit the windows its start whistling.
