The check-in process was smooth and efficient. The front desk staff were incredibly welcoming and provided all the necessary information about the hotel's amenities and services. They even offered suggestions for local attractions and dining options, which was much appreciated. My Villa was a haven of comfort. It was spotlessly clean, well-maintained, and tastefully decorated. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the linens were of high quality. I had a great night's sleep throughout my stay. The hotel's location is fantastic. It's conveniently situated in Amwaj, making it easy to explore the city. I also felt safe walking around the area, even at night.

Great atmosphere and amazing staff... friendly and helpful staff with amazing experience with kids... The staff in the restaurant and at the pool create wonderful memories for the kids, especially jenny, who took special care of the family needs..

It was cold and no heating feature in the AC neither heaters available. We had to bring our own heaters to make the room comfortable and warm.

More towels should have been provided , toiletries in bathroom had to be asked for , no locks for privacy on bedroom doors , toilet window open to courtyard was not curtained - property provided taping a garbage bag , kitchenware like plates , breakfast plates should be more , no dishwashing liquid or sponge

front desk guys were great unfortunately I forgot the names ( male and female ) were great very welcoming pool was a good bonus to have parking was available all time nice and quite area security is 10/10

issue was with cleanness of the room, it would be great for such facility if they care much about the dusty furniture and floors. little smelly because of the sewage smell no in room dining or kitchen

Amazing Place with nice view and calm environment very clean and new furniture ,tiles kitchen ,bathroom etc ! Entire Team Front office,Housekeeping,Security, Maintenance was very helpful and supportive to make my stay comfortable with my family and will be back by willing of Almighty ! Recommend to everyone who wants to enjoy their vacation with family and friends or travelling for business purpose.

Nice accommodation. Staff were really friendly, Jenny at the buffet was extremely accommodating, Syed iqbal & rosella were very helpful and provided an upgrade. Accommodation had a private swimming pool, it was windy so water quite cold as its not heated or have a shallow part. Many stair to go up the bedroom. Overall very nice

We stayed in Chalet Three bedroom with private swimming pool. Everything was totally new as they recently reopened the Chalets after fully renovation, it was absolutely beautiful. The view from the suite was breathe taking, the room was very spacious and laid out well, cleanliness of the place, The staff was very friendly and helpful. We have enjoyed our stay and definitely will come back Sealoft Chalets.
