When I arrived I was given a tiny room, but I never complained it's a budget hotel. Even though, the staff gave me a nice big room with a view moments later. The staff is caring about all your needs. I will come back

Like every budget hotel in Bangladesh, I just wish the bedding could be newer and cleaner. But it's like this everywhere

I stayed here for two days, opting for the budget single room. It's compact with a small bed, but it has everything you need – end table, clothes rack stand, and a bathroom. The building and area are a bit old, so the facilities are a bit dated, but the bed and floor seemed thoroughly cleaned, and I was satisfied. If you're tall or prefer more comfort, you can choose the queen bed room. It's within walking distance of the bustling city center, quiet at night, and convenient for dining. The manager at the front desk, Mr. Diswangri, is very helpful, providing information and even printing my train ticket. Before check-in, I also received thoughtful tips about routes and transportation from the hotel, which felt professional and well managed. Highly recommended.

I don't need room service without my notice. The sink in the bathroom seems doesn't work properly.

hotel single room was good value for money it had necessary furniture. they also upgraded me for free when i requested for high comod washroom.

had to ask for toilet paper it was not in room, there is no restaurant but food was served in room. terrace was dirty.

আমরা বন্ধু কয়েকটা চুয়েটে এক্সাম দিতে গিয়ে আরকি হোটেলে ওঠা। প্রথমত, ওনাদের আচার ব্যবহারে অনেক খুশি হয়েছি। রুম সার্ভিস, রুমের কোয়ালিটি, কম্ফর্টনেস, নয়েজ এগুলা সব হোটেলেই একটা ফ্যাক্ট, সব জায়গায় পাওয়া যায় না। ওনাদের রুম সার্ভিস বলেন, কিংবা রুম কোয়ালিটি, দুইটাই মাশাল্লাহ আপ টু দ্যা মার্ক। এসি রুম নিয়েছিলাম, ডিউলাক্স ডাব্যল রুম নাকি কি জানি। মনে নাই🤦‍♂️। বাট ভ্যালু ফর মানি। আর আমাদের মতো মধ্যবিত্তদের জন্য বলবো, আলহামদুলিল্লাহ, অনেক ভালো। এক্সামে যাওয়ার জন্য ওনারা গাড়ির ব্যবস্থাও করেছিলেন কিন্তু আমরা সংখ্যায় বেশি হওয়ায় আর যাই নি। তবে সবচেয়ে বেশি থ্যাংকফুল এজন্য কারণ, আমরা হোটেল চেকাআউট করেই বের হয়েগেছিলাম, কিন্তু এক্সাম শেষে আমরা যখন ব্যাগ নিতে আসি, তখন আমরা রিকুয়েস্ট করেছিলাম যে, ভাইয়া আমাদের শরীর খারাপ লাগতেছে, ফ্রেশ হওয়ার জন্য কি একটা রুম দেওয়া যাবে? ওনারা একটুও না ভেবে একটা রুম দিয়ে দিলেন, এবং একটা টাকাও নিলেন না। যদিও সেটা ওনাদের হোটেল পলিসি এর বাইরে। অসংখ্য ধন্যবাদ আপনাদের ভাই। এমন সার্ভিস আর এত সুন্দর আচার ব্যবহার সব জায়গায় পাওয়া যায় না। আর ইনশাআল্লাহ্, ভবিষ্যতে চট্টগ্রাম আসা পড়লে অবশ্যই আসবো আপনাদের ওখানে।

সবকিছুই ভালো ছিল। শুধু নয়েজটা (আওয়াজ) নিয়ে একটু অসুবিধা হচ্ছিল। রাস্তার ঠিক পাশে হওয়ায় বাস-ট্রাকের হর্নের আওয়াজের কারণে রাত্রে ঘুমোতে একটু ব্যাঘাত ঘটেছিল আরকি। আর বাথরুমের পানি স্লো আসতেছিলো। বাদবাকী সব ভালো। রিকমন্ডেড বলবো।
