I must admit that Mr. Monir is a really nice & friendly guy. Besides, the facilities were very good. The whole compound was calm, neat & clean. It felt like home to me. Of course I enjoyed staying there..!

N.B: There were sudden power cut offs. Though they have a back up power supply, but yet, during each transition, i had to power on the AC machine using the remote control again and again. That was very inconvenient to me as i had to do this (on average) 6 times a night. 🤕🤕🤕

Great location, really pleasant and clean rooms, but the thing that makes this such a good place to stay is the Receptionist Mr. Monir. He was incredibly helpful and generous with his time and advice and hardwork. He is the only one staff there.Thank you

1.Only one Litter water for two persons is not enough. We asked for more water which was expensive. The level price was 15/- but they charge 25/- which was almost double. 2. Breakfast items are less,they didn’t provide any water with breakfast.

This was the second Jatra Flagship we have stayed at and we have already booked another. We have found the Jatra Flagship's to be of a consistently high standard offering very good value for money. The Jatra Flagship Chattogram is extremely well positioned in a very nice part of the city and is surrounded by quality real estate. Situated well back from the main roads, it was quiet and peaceful. Our room was of good proportions with a large balcony and had a pleasant outlook. The bed and linen was of a high standard and the room and bathroom were kept very clean throughout our stay. The complimentary breakfast was simple but adequate and tasty. We were well looked after by Monir and Shamol who helped us organize transport, and they both offered a high level of professional service throughout our 4 night stay. There is a good selection of eateries and cafés nearby, from high end to simple. There is also an excellent supermarket within a 10 minute walk that stocks both local and international produce. Our only suggestion would be to have a hot water kettle available for guests to make hot drinks in the communal dining area. Highly recommended.

What a lovely stay there! In the centre of the city , but still a very quiet and calm place to chill and relax. We had a event to catch later on that day so we took the late night bus and reached the city a little bit earlier. Not a little bit, it was actually 6.00 in the morning. But Monir Vai was like saviour. I told him about this situation before booking and he was kind enough to arrange some of our rooms for us to early check in. And didn't charge any single penny for that. What a lovely gesture! Another person Shyamol Vai, what a lovely guy! When we reached Jatra, he was kind enough to open the gate at that time and also at night when we came back from the event a little bit late he opened the gate without any single objection. in need of anything he didn't show any sign of annoyance. Thanks Jatra for this amazing hospitality and experience. Will definitely visit Jatra again and again.

Glad I ignored the bad reviews - they did not come true The location and value for money is good - staff are friendly and helpful and the breakfast is decent With Jatra the internet is always good and the rooms were nice with good air conditioning Staff also went the extra mile when I couldn't find transport to the airport - They even got a Tuk Tuk at the local rate. This was much appreciated. There were no issues with electricity - So I can recommend staying here

It's annoying having to leave the key while going out - it is like you are a child.

I really enjoyed the trip to Flagship Chittagong. I was very worried before booking there, that I don't know how it will be or how their service will be. But after going there my mind changed completely. They have Mr. Asad brother at their reception. He is very nice and friendly person. He is helping me in different ways from the beginning. He gave me the right answer for what I wanted to go. Their breakfast in the morning was very tasty. Over all I am impressed with their service

The place was very neat and clean. It felt like home. The staff was also very friendly and cooperative.

Absence of ceiling Fan, it was very difficult to stay in an AC room all the time. Especially when you have children with you. Please install the fan alongside ACs.

The room was very comfortable, the staff incredibly helpful, accomodating and available nearly 24/7.

There was a nearby construction site which made the mornings and afternoons uncomfortable. The street next to the hotel has often a very strong and unpleasant smell.

The staff were exceptional. Zahid helped me book train tickets to Dhaka as well as arrange early breakfast on my check out day. His English is excellent. The rooms were clean and comfortable and I appreciated the cable TV to watch the cricket and highlights. The location was perfect for local restaurants and only a short uber ride from the Zahur Ahmed crickets stadium.

I like Jatra Flagship very much. Usually, such small service apartments are seen outside the country, but this is the first time I got such a service in Bangladesh. Before booking, I was thinking how it would be, but I really like it. Their rooms are very clean and tidy. Their staffs are also very good. Bishes Asad brother. Amin is new to Chittagong, he helped me with ideas about different places and restaurants. Their service is excellent ❤️❤️❤️
