Overall everything was nice specially infinity swimming. Mr.Rony vai was fantastic with behavior and his hospitality

1.Didn't have separate lift for indoor guest, as they have restaurant in rooftop so that lift is always busy, lift should be separated for indoor guest so that don't need to wait for long. 2. Peoples from outside come over the swimming area, out door peoples should not allow near swimming area ,should keep some privacy. Anyone walking around can go to the swimming area ,that's not comfortable for indoor guest during using swimming.

This is my 3rd stay at Noorjahan Hotel Grand, and once again they did not disappoint! The service is first class, and the staff are polite and helpful. The restaurant and swimming pool have a very ambient feel, and the scenes are just stunning. They still have the best pool in the whole of Sylhet for those who enjoy a dip. I tried different cuisines from the restaurant this time and found the taste and presentation at fine dining level. The staff member Jakir, who especially looked after me last time spotted me in the lift this time, and once again went out of his way to make sure I had everything I needed. I appreciated that he still remembered me even after serving thousands of guests! By far, Noorjahan Hotel Grand is the best hotel in Sylhet. I love the experience right from the reception to the rooms, the service, the wide range of amenities, the central location, all the way till the smooth checkout. To maintain the high standards, I would give 2 pieces of advice to the management. 1) Firstly, I know the swimming pool is a popular attraction and it's open to the public at a fee. But it would be nice to have a dedicated time for just the hotel guests as the pool does get very crowded. Maybe in the early hours, like between 8am-11am? 2) Secondly, I noticed a need for some maintenance, like making sure the AC remote buttons all work properly, some fittings are tightened, etc. These are minor points, but would keep the experience and standards high. I look forward to my next stay at Noorjahan Hotel Grand and advise others to try it out if you're looking for a good hotel in Sylhet. Keep up the good work!

I had an exceptional stay at NoorJahan Grand The staff were incredibly friendly and polite, making my experience truly enjoyable. A special mention to the reception staff, especially Ronnie, who was extremely helpful and attentive. The hospitality room attendants—Mizan, Rayhan, and Sojyl—were outstanding in keeping the rooms spotless and well-stocked with all necessary amenities. Coming back to a beautifully cleaned room every day was a delight. Additionally, Noyun, the accounts manager in the restaurant, was both friendly and highly efficient, ensuring a smooth and pleasant dining experience. Overall, the level of service exceeded my expectations, and I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for exceptional hospitality.

Breakfast was repetitive especially if anyone staying for a long period.

This was my one splurge on a long trip, unable to reist a four star hotel at less than one star UK prices. A blog with a view from the rooftop infinity pool drew me in and it didn't disappoint. (Though bear in mind it was winter when I went, so although sunny and hot, it got cold enough every night to stop the water ever getting comfortably warm). In a great location near the centre, the breakfast was wide in variety and though suffered from the usual buffet problem of soon becoming a bit cold or stodgy, the omelettes were freshly made and that alone was worth it. Rooftop cafe and restaurant completed the feeling of luxury.

The only thing that disappointed me was the lack of alcohol in the restaurant. It would have made the perfect location for a sunset pint or cocktail. I'd generally given up alcohol whilst in Balngladesh but this was the one place I'd really expect to have it.

I highly recommend Hotel Noorjahan Grand to anyone visiting Sylhet and looking for a comfortable, well-managed, and hospitable place to stay. I will definitely be returning on my next trip!

I stayed here 5 years ago when most front desk people were men, knowledgeable men who printed my boarding pass and arranged daytrips. This time, most front desk people were young women who did not know how to print a boarding pass. To top if off, I sent a WhatsApp text to one of the numbers on the business card, requestion a shuttle pickup at the airport. Nobody at the airport. Took a CNG. The desk said they never received my text because they use the other number on the business card. Duh???!!! Some guests felt the hotel quality had gone downhill.

Forgot to mention that when my WhatsApp text was not answered, I called. It rang three times and went into a recording. Tried again in disbelief, same thing happened. Something is drastically wrong here! Told the manager who had no answer.

The rooftop swimming pool is undoubtedly one of its best features. Relaxing by the pool while enjoying the breathtaking city views was an unforgettable experience Moreover, the staff here are exceptionally good. Every staff member is professional. The reception team deserves special appreciation for their outstanding service. I would like to extend my heartfelt thanks to manager Mr. Marhab vhaiya❤️ who was incredibly helpful throughout my stay. He ensured that all my needs were met with utmost care and professionalism. My overall experience was very comfortable and pleasant. For anyone looking for excellent service and a serene environment, this hotel is highly recommended.

The overall environment is very pleasant, and the rooms are extremely comfortable, making it a perfect place to relax. The design of the hotel is elegant and truly stands out. Staff were great, I liked my corner room with good views of the city. Not all the rooms have the views, premium double I think. We were very well looked after and got the pick of the rooms, booked 3 rooms for 10 nights. Food in the restaurant was good but they did not always get our right order and do need to be a bit more careful about food that has gone off (slight smell) check this before serving, at breakfast too. Maybe we can smell it better than the others.

Minor points, rooms needed creamer or milk for the tea/coffee. Some damp smell, maybe change the carpet to flooring?
