We were with 6 people and 5 rooms and stayed 5 nights. The rooms are quite comfortable. First I got a room on the ground floor, which I don't like and without any fuss I got another room on the first floor. The rooms have AC and despite it being hot and humid, I didn't need to use the AC. The window opens enough and I slept very well (double bed) every of the five nights that we stayed. We had very long working days in that area and it was good to be able to rest adequately after each day 12 hrs straight work in the open air. The restaurant had enough variety in order for us to be able to enjoy something different every night. Prices also reasonable and good portions. Nice breakfast buffet with also good variety. Staff is friendly, helpful and efficient in French and English. Cleaning staff also very helpful and friendly. Outside there is enough parking. Will definitely come back if need to stay in the area of ​​Arlon. Photos of the facilities match reality. Rooms spacious.

I discovered a little cleaning issue, but it was settled immediately. This confirmed the positive attitude of the staff at all levels. The shower was a bathtub with a shower partition. This is the item that should be changed. There is enough space in the bathroom for a shower, so my suggestion; when they renovate is to get rid of the bath and install a walk-in shower. Also the tap should have preset/limiter for temperature. This could even be a hazard for young children (water can be very hot).

Although it looks, that hotel is in renovated building, but all equipment in the rooms is new and high quality. But the most surprise was restaurant. The food during dinner was great and for good price. Breakfast also was good. Variety not great, but the main things on top quality.

Air conditioner programed to shut down after a while as there are no electricity cut off at the entrance, so it was a little annoying to get up during the night and turn it on again every time.

I had a wonderful experience at Hotel Ibis Styles Arlon Porte du Luxembourg. The room was impeccably clean, situated in a tranquil area, providing a peaceful stay. Fabienne, the receptionist, was exceptionally friendly, offering us excellent service throughout our stay. The breakfast was delightful, with a diverse selection, and the availability of ample parking spots in front of the hotel added to the overall convenience. Highly recommended for a positive and enjoyable stay!

The bathroom - I preferred a shower than a bath.

The evening meal, although payable separately was very good. The rooms were very good and the hotel itself was very stylish.

I liked the idea of leaving a glass bottle to refill at the dispenser, so to avoid plastic waste, but the dispenser ran out. It was also very warm upstairs in the hotel compared with the ground floor, so I assume this would be why everybody was using the water.

- the staff: smiling and ready to help - the receptionist was so wonderful- kept her calm with a client which complained about the TV channels - easy to reach - clean - possibility to have breakfast and dinner there - nice breakfast - bar, small corner with stuff for kids to play (to draw, play with cars etc) - great advertising spot with places to visit around Arlon and surroundings

- no pavement on the parking - I understand that now there are some works to extend the hotel, but still - pillows

Having arrived by train, the journey to the hotel was a bit of a trek. However, the hotel boasts big and clean rooms, providing a spacious and inviting atmosphere. One notable feature that enhanced my stay was the television with a plethora of foreign channels. This was a welcome surprise, especially for travelers seeking a bit of home comfort or those eager to explore international programming.

A dog friendly hotel which proved ideal for our one night stopover. The hotel has been renovated recently and some ongoing work continues - it didn’t detract from our stay. The room was a decent size and the bed very comfortable. We dined in - a very enjoyable meal. The breakfast selection was more than adequate. All the staff were friendly and helpful. Parking was free and in the immediate vicinity.

Excellent sized room with air conditioning, which was a real advantage as the weather was extremely hot when we stayed at this hotel. The location of the hotel was great, being quite close to the motorway and was set in its own grounds with a large garden, where you could sit and have drinks. The evening meal was really good and the included breakfast was the best we had had at any hotel on our road trip holiday through Germany, Austria and Italy.

The bath / shower, was a little awkward to use and the shower screen was too short and did not seal well against the bath, so that a lot of water ended up on the bathroom floor. Other than that, the room was great and it even had an opening window overlooking the hotel garden.

The location was first class for us as we needed to stop at this point on our journey to Budapest from UK & it was very close to the motorway !

We were unlucky as the parking was somewhat disorganised due to the construction of an additional Ibis hotel alongside !

Friendly staff. Complimentary water and coffee at the reception area and corridor. Good quality breakfast included. Possibility to have dinner at their restaurant. Bar for drinks. Enough seating area and play area for kids in the lobby. Free and enough parking. Near the highway. Dogs are welcome for 9€ per night. Good quality bed, thank you.
