The place was a little heaven to me. It is stunningly beautiful, stylish and modern. Staff is extremely friendly and helpful regarding any questions. The robes in the rooms were cosy,bed comfy, tv big, breakfast v tasty and rich. I used the Wellness suit and that is the most beautiful Wellness facilities I've been through out my life. So tranquil and smells soooo good. I think still smell honey 🍯 I've been to many many spas and Wellness facilities in the world and am a regular spa and sauna user and it is part of my Russian culture, so its hard to please me. This place certainly did. Im so greatfull. I need that. Peace,aesthetics, being looked after and rest. I think ai met the owner by accident (or manager) very friendly and smiling. No wonder the place is so cosy if the owner is such a gentleman! I wish you guys best of luck and I hope to visit again!

A new hotel that looks very nice and well designed. Room was spacious and comfortable. Very practical location for visiting Luxembourg city (only about 20 min drive from the hotel) and/or country.

Although the wellness area (with the swimming pool) looks very nice, there were issues with the transparency and ease of its use. First, on booking.com channels it was not clearly visible that the use of swimming pool and wellness area requires additional charge even for hotel guests. So we were quite unpleasantly surprised when we received such information (much after we made the booking!). The second issue that even hotel guests must go to internet to "book" their use of the pool/wellness area each time they want to go, which is quite unpractical and tiring.

The hotel's overall facilities, including breakfast, parking, bar, and restaurant, were excellent. The wellness facilities are brand new and impressive—and they were complimentary for our stay.

There was no water in the apartments on our departure day. The wellness facilities have poor value for money. While they would be nice as a complimentary hotel facility, they're definitely not worth the €25 per person fee.

This hotel is very interesting in the way that it is furnished and decorated. You can waste away a lot of time just looking at your surroundings. The bedroom was very comfortable and nicely equipped. We enjoyed a short walk near the hotel in the sunny afternoon. There was a very good choice for evening meal and breakfast. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Just the location. It was conveniently placed between 2 main roads for travelling, but for us, not the location that we like to spend time at. There was no noise in the rooms when the windows were shut and the room had air conditioning, so was very comfortable. If we were passing through the area again, we would definitely stay here.

It’s clean and beautiful. A real hotel with a real DAILY room cleaning service. The fitness center is wonderful with water bottles and towels provided

You have to pay €25 per person for 2 hours at the pool and the AC system is terrible. And the cocktails are overpriced with hardly any alcohol

The room was excellent, albeit still a little noise from the road. Breakfast was pretty good and the staff in the restaurant were lovely, as was the food.

Some staff at reception were a little blunt/not welcoming. There was a strange toxic smell which might have been coming from the renovation works. Charging €23 for breakfasts for over 12s is expensive.

They did not have a table for me in the restaurant, it was fully booked. I could order a hamburger from a pick up point instead. I think you should always have a place for your guests in your restaurant. The burger was pretty good though

The breakfast buffet was very good with many choices. I think the price of 23 pp euros is way too high. because of that, we saw many people packing food and putting it in their bags. The rooms were perfect. The Restaurant is OK. Food choices are OK and good quality. But 7 euros for 0,5 lt. Spa rood is insane. Van der Valk is getting overpriced.

Beautiful hotel, very nice decoration, excellent breakfast

Room 27, all night a fan noice coming from above the window on right side. Spa not very clean, but it was late in the evening after busy day I guess. Checkout took very long, problem to print etc…

It’s not for everyone, but I just love the van der Valk chain. They know how to run a hotel smoothly and I enjoy that. You know what to expect when you go there and it never disappoints. We were served by a very nice gentleman in the restaurant this time and had an overall pleasant stay, as always
