Generally, we were happy with the hotel. It is a nice hotel with very polite and helpful staff. The location was convenient, as we could reach Luxemburg city by car within 25 minutes. The room is big enough, and the bathroom has everything necessary.

The blanket didn't have a duvet cover, so you had to cover yourself with an extra sheet and a blanket on top of it. The blanket had small dirty spots. There wasn't a big choice of food for breakfast.

Breakfast was good and enough (can be better with vegan slice and lactose free food) Comfort room, with airco and big bathroom Parking spot, just have to be there on right time!

the door of douche cabine are very tight and too close to the toilet, verry difficult to get in and out to my old mother Can be more space in the bathroom to the clothes and toiletries

Really great location with easy access to free public transport into Luxembourg City. Spacious bedroom and bathroom. Staff were very helpful regarding bus stops etc. Free parking. Got there slightly early and as our room was ready they kindly let us check in.

The hotel is on the main street, with train and bus links, the hotel and room are well organised, decent space, big bathroom, good value. The food in the restaurant was delicious, I regret first time I couldn't arrive, but will go again.

Easy to get to, good for refuelling, local supermarket. Staff were friendly, very clean room, nice cotton sheets. Room not plush but had all the facilities needed. Lovely Italian restaurant below, good food.

No lift

It was a basic hotel but all we needed but wow , the restaurant below , the food we had was amazing , this is a great restaurant with an ok hotel attached .

Wi-Fi was rubbish , no rail don’t care but was looking at planning routes etc . Breakfast was very very basic .

I like the atmosphère, makes you feel home. No pushing no rushing .no disturbing. Everything running very smoothly with respect

Rooms were a good size. Just what we needed for a large family stopping on our way through. Restaurant was good and breakfast was great.

Car park was busy due to restaurant but it wasn't a problem due to plenty of parking nearby.

Easy to find the hotel, which is not always the case in Europe, I am finding. Good amount of available parking. The hotel is above an Italian restaurant, very good and very convenient. 3 beds in the room! I get to choose! Good selection for breakfast, marvelous bread, strong coffee.

Shower fixture didn't have the adjustment needed. To raise it high enough to wet my hair without bending, the water would go over the sides of the shower stall. At just after midnight, what sounded like a car alarm went off...and continued to go off for 20 minutes. I finally got out of bed, went outside, where there were 2 fire engines, at least 15 fire fighters, all milling around. A dozen or more guests also outside. The alarm was the hotel smoke alarm system. I asked the next morning...and...a battery in the smoke alarm system had died, setting off the alarm. No fire, no emergency. Why did it take almost 45 minutes before someone stuck a new battery in the smoke alarm? 15 firefighters? Not the hotel's fault...but just a mess.
