We have booked this hotel as it was super close to the Rockhal. Generally the whole Area was impressive; an old steel production site was next to the hotel and this "lost place" was urbanized in way I have never seen before! It was amazing. the old steel company was included in the whole area with many nice pubs and restaurants and museeums. the flair of this hotels location is really an architectural masterpiece. Next to the hotel is a big mall, nonetheless our room was on the street-side, it was very calm during night. Also the staff was super friendly and helped when needed or just gave good advices where to go and what to see.

The location was perfect for a concert and the receptionists were very helpful! Lovely little bar/coffee area downstairs

We generally appreciate having a kettle with tea/coffee available in the room. Additionally there's no "hotel parking" so we would be paying extra for parking on top of the hotel cost, even if it is discounted with a hotel ticket. We're just used to hotels having parking/parking passes with no additional cost. (This didn't apply to us this weekend but will when we book the stay for another concert)

Location super close to the concert venue, clean room, fast check in and check out. I will definitely stay again when I'm in town!

The room smelled like sweaty shoes and needed solid venting. The description mentioned parking but there isin't one. I was offered a parking somewhere else for circa 30 euro per night. Alternatively, I was suggested using street parking which is affordable but you can only park for max 2h.

Clean and comfortable, in esch centre. Note parking is in the commercial / cinema area and is not adjacent to the hotel so a small walk is to be foreseen. Parking can be expensive , so reductions if you stay in hotel. Note that if you leave early in the morning you have NO access to the parking, you need to find a car entrance somewhere - or the one you used going in - and then finding the way to your car. Took me a while to do since the parking is big and quite confusing if you enter from the wrong side…not so great at 5 in the morning.

Parking possibilities are not great. Stay away from heavy baggage since you need to carry it quite far.

We only stayed here for one night as we were in town for a concert. The location is perfect, it's really just two minutes from the concert hall to the hotel. We also found parking nearby which was not expensive from our point of view - 20 euros/night. If we return for other concerts at Rockhal, we will definitely look here again for accommodation.

+ Friendly and helpful staff. + Provide free luggage storage facility. Helpful if you arrive in the town much earlier than check-in time (or leave hours later after your check-out) and wish to explore the town without dragging your bags around. + Great location. Next to the town's landmarks, university, eateries, shopping complex and train station. + Clean.

The following isn't a hotel specific problem: While West Belval has been revamped, redesigned and repurposed by the government, East Belval still contains some industries. Some of them emit quite a lot of dust and other fine particles. This can be if you climb up the closed down Blast furnace (tourist landmark) in West Belval and look towards the East. The dust/sand/whatever may cause irritation to some people. We noticed that our eyes were red during the night.

The location is brilliant for me; the hotel is situated right next to University of Luxembourg and just across Belval Plaza. Plenty of restaurants and coffee shops around and in 2-3 minutes walking distance from the train station and many bus stops.

The water pressure in the shower was a bit problematic and also it was the smallest bathroom I have ever been seen in a hotel. :)

Ideal place to stay when you astern an event in the Rockhal, just 2 min walk. Shopping centre really close.

Expensive parking all over, a large TV screen from the other side building was flashing into my room, curtains were not easy to cover that. Noisy outside during the night, could not open the windows as it was too loud for sleeping. Most probably the nearby factory noise. But it was only a two day stay.

There was a bad odour coming from the bathroom that did not have to do with how clean it was. The bathroom was super clean, however a bad odour was coming from the pipes

very clean and the location is just perfect concerning infrastructure and access to public transportation

there were 2 fire alarms within 2 hours (11.12.22), the receptionist was not really empathetic with the guests. she just meant that it was a false alarm because of works in the building next to it. the majority of the guests were a bit irritated of her very distant and cold reaction. she could not understand why people were hesitant to return to the rooms when it happened already twice. you could see that she was not trained for a situation like this and it definitely made us sleep with one eye open for our last night as we didn’t trust the alarms and the staff anymore. other than that, the staff was fine! only facility minus was, that the shower was pretty slippery which should be looked after!
