We absolutely loved the location, it was fantastic.

we faced an issue with the heating in one of the rooms during the night, and unfortunately, the hotel staff seemed unsure when we sought a solution. Also the room amenities are lacking.

Great location, easy access to public transit and walkable to several christmas markets (the reason for our visit). Staff was very helpful and breakfast was a great traditional french breakfast.

There is an elevator but you do have to port luggage up a flight to a flight and a half of stairs depending on your floor but staff was very willing to help move luggage when we checked in. We didn't travel with our own shampoo, conditioner, or body wash, the hotel provides an body/hand/hair combination which was fine, just missed having a conditioner but for the time of our stay it wasn't a deal breaker.

Lovely boutique hotel right in the center of Luxemburg! Cozy, clean, worm. Just beautiful. Beautiful view at Place Guillaume. Walking distance from tourist attractions, bus and tram stations, restaurants and cafes. Welcoming and polite staff! Next time I visit Luxembourg I will definitely stay at the same hotel.

The breakfast was tasty but every day the same few things. When you stay for 4 nights, you need something else than bread with camemberd cheese and carpaccio, croissant and yogurt. Maybe eggs and some fruit. Consider having two different selections of breakfast instead of one and maybe change it every other day. The room was a little small but I didn't bother because I was traveling alone. I would also appreciate a smart TV, just to be able to connect with Netflix.

The hotel is in a great location and very centrally placed. Our small apartment was ideal and was extremely clean. There is a lift up to it and the staff were very kind and helped get our suitcases to it. They were also very helpful when we contacted asking for advice as to how to get to the hotel.

It would have been lovely to have been left some coffee and milk so that we could make a drink. However, the hotel is very close to a supermarket and we were able to go out and buy some iced coffee fairly easily. We had stated when booking that we were vegetarians but were each given a tray with a large amount of meat on it for breakfast. This was taken away when we said we did not eat meat - but we were not offered an alternative.

The staff at the hotel were very friendly, helpful, and polite. The room I had was on the top floor and was very clean and spacious.. I had a beautiful view of the main city square and was not disturbed by any sounds outside the hotel (despite having the bedroom window open). It was nice hearing the church bells. The bed was very comfortable and the electronic fan worked well at keeping the room cool. The breakfast was standard and a nice way to start the day. The price was very reasonable considering the central locations - I would definitely stay again.

It was extremely clean. Very well located. Nice view on the square (for my room). Breakfast room is wonderful. Breakfast has freshly sliced salami which is rare, and extra fresh baguette among other things. Coffee was amazing.

The room was small. felt ok for one but for two it would have been cramped. Breakfast has limited choice. I was happy with it, but if you want more variety or eggs or cereal, forget it. There is some noise from the square (Saturday morning has a market ) and the hallway (despite the double door).

The hotel is well located in the center of Ville Haute and within walking distance of the major tourist spots. The staff was extremely friendly and check-in/check-out was efficient. The room was a standard size and faced over the plaza Guillaume II. All standard amenities were included, as well as a water bottle per day. Breakfast was a standard European breakfast (cheese, cold cuts, bread, coffee, yogurt), that was generous in size. Overall, it was a comfortable stay.

As others noted, we are close to many bars, so make sure to close your window at night if you're a light sleeper. There also are not too many outlets in the room placed in convenient locations - we had to unplug one of the lamps and we used the outlet in the bathroom as well.

What a lovely place. It's right in the city centre, couldn't have been a better location. It's a cosy, small, quiet place with very nice showers, ideal for both travellers and couples. The best cafes and restaurants are just right beside, and the area is lovely at night and early morning, and very safe. There is a fruit and veg market on Wednesdays and Saturdays right beside. Coming back home from the Spanish Grand Prix, I thought that instead of flying to Ireland directly, I would visit Luxembourg to relax. I couldn't have chosen a better country and a better place to stay in that country. First of all, there aren't that many tourists (and none in the countryside) - for me, this was a huge bonus! I rarely have an opportunity to be on my own. Secondly, the cafes in Luxembourg are quiet - one can read. I couldn't believe my luck that it had such a nice location. The staff was very nice too. I felt rested. Last but not least, the countryside in Luxembourg is so quiet and so undiscovered! It's like travelling back in time - in a good way (as Luxembourg is very well organised). Which is good for me because I'd like to stay like that... In the future, I might be staying in this place returning from every grand prix I will go to, where Luxembourg is in between. Did I say that the staff was very nice? It felt more like visiting family than travelling solo! I'm hoping to come back to this hotel in winter when it snows, as I love snow and we don't get any snow in Ireland where I live.

Nothing in particular. I would come back tomorrow if I could. Ok, I hate to spoil the 10 out of 10 points I'm giving in my review but if there is one thing I would improve, I would pay extra to get a more substantial breakfast - some salads, maybe a blue cheese, that sort of stuff. Something that would fill me up for the day to see your wonderful castles without stopping for lunch. This is because sitting in your hotel and having breakfast with that view of the square is so tranquil!

The best location in the city! At the weekends, the main square is full of life, grocery markets on Saturdays, and flea markets on Sundays. The bistro where the breakfast is served is a charming place. The breakfast itself is plenty and tasty. The staff is very friendly, everyone is nice and helpful. The rooms are quite small but clean and perfect for a long weekend. If we visit Luxembourg again, we'll definitely stay in this hotel. And we don't need any alarm clock because the cathedral across the square serves everyone in the neighbourhood with a lovely bell ringing 😀

Staff were amazing. Our flight was delayed. Check in stayed open past 11pm for us. Location is literally on the main (old) town square. Good size apartment meaning baby could sleep in cot in living room. Breakfast team and the breakfast itself was good and setup for the day. Value for money was good. It wasn't the cheapest, nor the most expensive but we wouldn't hesitate to stay here again when we visit the city and would wholeheartedly recommended. As we stayed in an apartment, it would be great to be offered a care package (teas, coffee, stuff for lunches etc) which we would happily pay extra for.

Bed comfort wasn't the best. Slats kept falling out. Mattress could do with being updated.
