The location was great! The staff were very nice and accommodating. The breakfast was superb! It was also great to have parking at the hotel, with an elevator! The decor was really nice and there was also an outside area for meals. I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel and will return!

There was a lot of noise on the street at night. Nothing the hotel can do about it, but I was awoke a few times in the night due to people yelling. It was a Saturday night and I did have my window open. It would be nice to have ventilation inside the room so the windows could be closed.

The location is great, for such a price we were living in a city center, just 10 minutes from the train station. The room was clean and nice, there were all that you needed: towels, soap, shampoo, lotion, big pillows, water, coffee machine, and TV with Netflix. Big windows in room and bathroom, both with blinds and curtains. Separate respect for a key. The key was a card, and when you leave, you can't close your room without a card from outside, so you won't forget it inside the room. That's genius! The breakfast was great! On check-in, you'll need to fill out the form for breakfast - you can pick several items. Everything was so tasty, especially coffee!

Very professional and flexible staff. We arrived just before 11pm and still the manager assured a smooth and care free check-in. Great location, classic room, nice toiletteries. Very clean and a very nice Italian niche coffee in the room.

I appreciated they had vegan breakfast options but suggested including plant-based cakes, croissants, and more plant-based food. Everyone can eat plant-based! It's good for the health, the planet, and animals! Come on, be innovative, and look toward the future! The future is plant-based.

The staff was very friendly and helpfull throughout our stay. The breakfast had a good choice of options from a menu and freshly made by the staff. The hotel is placed in the middle of Esch on the predestian zone and very close to the train station. All transportation is free in Luxembourg. The room (we had one facing the back) was quiet and clean. It could use a freshup but fine for an extended weekend. Price / value is correct. We use the hotel underground parking. Parking is very difficult and expensive in Esch. Remenber to reserve up front.

Lovely People and well supported. Cost performance ratio is very good. Everything good and there are so many shops nearby. Very calm peaceful, feels like home inside a hotel. They have everything required in the room, yes fridge was not there in mine but seldom use.

A little away from the city centre but my visit was to this place so for me it was super convenient.

A FANTASTIC staff, very friendly and eager to please. The breakfast was good and the location was very good. There is a coffee maker in the room. Public transport is free and reaching the train is five minutes walk. Definitely recommended

The place really needs some maintenance. The sink in our room was broken and clogged. There was a place for a refrigerator, but no refrigerator...

We had a very plesant 3 days stay with our dog on this beautyful art deco styled hotel located very central in Esch-sur-Alzette. The room and breakfast was excellent. We were welcomed and guided by the very helpful porter/consierge Filipe.

There was nothing that was not to our liking.

The guy at the desk was exceptional. He helped me park my car. It was late and it would have been very difficult on my own. Breakfast was also completely amazing!! Fabulous! with everything you can imagine to eat and drink!!! I loved this place!!!
