Location is great, quiet, surrounded by trees but close to the T1 tram. Beds are comfortable and we had a good sleep. Great amenities sauna and gym are good, with the lounge really increasing the value to money ratio. Ritual cosmetics in the room. The staff is helpful and responsive.

The hotel is focused on short-term stays, so the breakfast offering is the same every day and with limited offering of vegetables. Some elements of the room were dated or damaged. The reading light next to the bed didn't work and the tile under the shower was chipped in multiple places. In short, wear and tear is showing.

The location by the historic fort and the view to the city was very good. Enjoyed the free fort museum - good introduction to Luxembourg’s military history. Royal Philharmonic nearby but did not visit due to summer recess. Visited the Museum of Modern Art next door which we felt was very average but nice cafe and very good architecture! There is a tram stop nearby and loved the free transport into city which was 3 stops. At Infinity shopping mall there is a good super market plus nice Italian with great pizzas!! There is parking next door to the hotel - as usual parking overnight is pricey but convenient. There was electric car charging facility at hotel. Nice cocktails at the bar.

We bought breakfast one day and were surprised how pricey it was at 35€ pp.

Beautiful hotel conveniently located next to the convention center and old fort/museum. We enjoyed being able to hike from the hotel down to the fort and continue down to the old city. It was a great way to see the unique way Luxembourg is laid out. The rooms were comfortable and well appointed and we were there during a heat wave so we loved the air conditioning. One of the rooms wasn't cooling properly, but management was very responsive and moved us to another room. Cocktails at the bar were great at the end of the night and we enjoyed the bartender who was originally from Portugal. Fantastic breakfast that catered to a variety of tastes and preferences. Highly recommend this hotel.

Spacious room, very comfortable bed, good tram connection for the city centre and the airport only a few minutes walk from the hotel. Breakfast was also sufficient. Polite people at front reception desk and also across the hotel.

One of the two lifts was not working during my stay, which created waiting time, especially in the mornings. Upon arrival I found some hair on the bathtub wall, I left them there and thankfully they were removed the next day. I guess this is something that can happen, as human mistakes do happen even to the best professionals. The rest of the room was spotless clean.

We chose not to have breakfast as both days we were there we had nice restaurant lunch reservations. However we were told when we arrived we could have a coffee and a croissant as a courtesy. We just wanted coffee. First morning all fine. Nobody asked anything. Second morning I was interrogated as a thief ! Had to sign a bill that in the end the reception did not pulled out when we left ! Weird experience. We spent both evenings at the bar and those guys there are gold !

The fast that there was no coffee machine in the room !

The receptionists were very kind and friendly especially Denise who attended to us and made sure we were comfortable. I enjoyed their breakfast and dinner was equally delicious. We stayed in their level room with city view and it was wonderful. The room is spacious, clean and well equipped. Also, the hotel is well situated. There are two museums next to the hotel and the train/bus station is about 7mins walk.

Same thing was serve at the VIP lounge everyday and you don't get a lot of options to choose from.

Clean, modern hotel away from the city center, but close to the (free) tram, so very easy to just to pop in and out as required. Bed was large and comfortable, shower worked well as did the A/C. The area is a large arts complex/EU office so probably quite lively when active, but very quiet when we were there, presumably because it all stops during the holiday season. Probably explains why the hotel was relatively inexpensive at the time - may not be such good value otherwise.

There was an interlock for the A/C such that it stopped when you open/unlatch the window. Not an unreasonable idea, but there were no signs to that effect so the fact our window lock was a bit jammed and not completely latched meant we initially though the A/C was broken - needed help to rectify it.

I would like to make mention of several of your staff who went out of their way to welcome us and help us: at concierge I would like to highly commend Sigit and Benjamin. They helped us with a seamless check in and provided us with support and information during our stay. I would also like to commend Mavis Lyu who helped us at reception with an easy check in and organised a late check out and went out of her way to ensure we had the best rooms for our stay. We are 3 friends who grew up in HK and were reuniting for a weekend in Macau after many years. Our expperience with your excellent staff helped towards really making our weekend superb.

Incorrect information re the fountain show. T3 was up and therefore there was no show but the staff said it would be happening. Not much seating in the lobby area for people who need to sit and the lobby coffee shop was reluctant to have us sit if we were not ordering - we needed to wait in the lobby as we were waiting for someone.

The room was very clean and comfortable. I was only in it for one day but it served all my needs. The staff were particularly helpful and pleasant,

The breakfast was expensive - even for Luxembourg, so I went out to a cafe instead. The tea/coffee in the room was not really sufficient, even for an overnight stay. But the staff were very helpful and replenished the tea.

Very nice rooms, great breakfast, staff were very friendly and helpful. Tram stops just a few minutes walk away and gets you to the center within 5 minutes so good location.

No hotel parking and the parking next door was quite expensive. You could park at the p&r Bouillon (first 24 hours free) but that did require a tram and bus ride if you wanted to pick the car up again so for traveling to other places it wasn’t that handy.
