Reception covered all the time. Very friendly personnel. Spacious rooms. More than enough for a family of 4.

The TV didn't have any channel reception, but we could connect and use our PS console instead. The bed in the main bedroom was a bit small, but we could use the extendable couch from the living room, which was much bigger and the same as comfortable. The hotel's parking is missing charging stations for EV's, but you can easily charge in the parking of Aldi or Colruyt, which are just across the street.

This is the place to stay if you want to visit Belgium and most importantly Luxembourg on a budget!!! Amazing location, very friendly staff, they gave us every extra thing we needed (change some bed sheets that we didn't like, provide separate covers and pillows for everybody, they gave us things we needed for the kitchen/food, extra keys for the room etc). There's a 24/7 reception working even on January 1 so you don't have to worry about anything. There were almost no other guests so it was all quiet and really nice. Merci beaucoup !

Very good breakfast, kind and competent staff, good location and a lot of parking space, all that for a very decent price. Everything is working fine, and the constant presence of staff at the reception is really helpful. Shops, train station and city centre are at 10-15 mins walk.

The rooms of the appartment are small and the bath tub layout is rather old-fashioned in layout. There is a small bin in the bathroom but none in the kitchen. We used the couch as the second bed, but that fills the entire room, so that you cannot use the chair or reach the curtains anymore...

The 2 bed flat was nice but compact. Nice for a short stay. We had a flat giving onto a parking which was nice since we didn't have the noise of the main road. Breakfast was nice.

We arrived at 10.05 for breakfast having had a long journey the day before and knowing breakfast was finishing at 10.30. The breakfast lady was a bit annoyed, she said we were very late and the oven was close. There was enough to eat: fruits, bread, pain au chocolat. There was no need to give out, especially because we did not delay. When I enquired for a late check out when booking, I received an email stating that we could stay until 2pm for 15 euros, however on the day we checked in, we were told we could only stay until 1pm since the hotel was full which was not very fair, and we paid the same price. We were waiting for a competition and couldn't have diner in the flat as we had planned.

Great accommodation for a family stay. It has a separate living/dining room with a basic kitchen, 2 separate bedroom, bathroom and toilet. Parking & lift very convenient for family with (heavy) luggage. There is an ALDI supermarkt next to the hotel. WiFi is OK. Close to highway, but no noise. Very close to Luxemburg city approx. 20-30 mins drive,

Cleaning of the toilet and bathroom could have been better. The interior and lighting is a bit outdated. There is NO coffee machine, so bring your own (N)espresso machine! You can hear some noise from other guests on the floor above. Hotel parking behind a fence is paid (4 EUR/day) but much better than public parking.

The staff were very friendly, informative and spoke English which is a bonus 😊 The apartment was clean and exactly as shown in the photos and in the description. The breakfast was great. It was more of a continental breakfast with croissants, pain-au-chocolat, bread, cakes and a waffle maker. But, there were also scrambled eggs and a type of sliced sausage. You could also make your own poached and boiled eggs. Parking was spacious but it's best to check Google maps so you can see the entrance is behind the hotel. A door leads into reception.

The lounge is a little small when staying with 6 people. The apartment is more suited for an overnight stay.

The hotel was in a very nice town, some stores were close by, and the city center was 10 minutes ' walk. The room was comfy and we have a nice rest. The service was awesome, they provide solutions to all the questions.

Despite the nice room and nice location, the breakfast was quite disorganized; which made the visitors to pile up and get confused at that time. There were no place to leave finished dishes, to the tables were messy. The bread and fruit options were limited, but the quality of the products were good. (not all is bad in the breky)

We enjoyed staying here. The pull out couch was decently comfortable. Everything was tidy and clean. We were only there one night, but it was a nice place to stay. The views from the window were beautiful.

It was a bit confusing about where to put different trash items. There were multiple trash bags, but not multiple bins. The picture on the wall wasn't in English, so it was a bit confusing since there were so many sections to the picture.

The apartment was very clean, well-organised and warm. My check-in was late at night but very smooth and the staff were friendly and helpful. I didn't order breakfast in advance but I was able to arrange a late breakfast at the reception desk the following day. Overall, this was a perfectly comfortable overnight stay, just as described.

The only thing would be better signs showing where to park a car. I ended up parking on the street, just round the corner, but then noticed a large car park from my room, behind the hotel.

The room was clean, location was great. Right next to an Aldi for any groceries. Nice walk to the centre. Not a far drive from Luxembourg!

The kitchen door to access the bin had a very loud creaking sound when opened. There was no bathing soap for the shower. The dining area was a bit small, but managable for a small family
