breakfast was fantastic, alot of options and variety. dinner buffet was sumptious. our son loved the playground and its vast space. We did appreciate the NO AC in our room. We just opened the windows to have fresh and cool air. It was 28deg at day and the nights were cooler. Bedsheets and towels were fresh. bathroom was clean. We enjoyed our stay and would difinitely come back.

I think the check out and check in hours. Also they indicated in the website that we can pay Cash(which we prefer) but then they already did charge our CC on the day of our check in.

Location is amazing. You are just 750 meters away from the Beach. The Tram has a stop just outside Crosendonk which makes it super convenient. I played mini golf with my family as well as kids enjoyed the open play area. It was really easy to borrow a hot water kettle against some caution money We reached earlier and I requested for an early check-in, looking at my 2 kids the receptionist arranged for that. We were really grateful.

Room was bit congested for us even though it had 2 bedrooms but I guess this is the layout of such quadruple rooms. In the Cafeteria there were not much options for Vegetarian

Very good located within easy reach from Blankenberghe and Ostend. Close to the tram line. The beach is a few hundred meters from the hotel. Ample free parking facilities. grat welcome from staff. Fabulous breakfast buffet and conference room facilities within the hotel. This time we had a studio whis was fully equipped at a very reasonable price. Definitely the place to go for your next stay at the Belgian coast !

The choice of the TV channels is a bit restricted...

We were just trespassing and therefore it was very nice. Even with children. It all looked a bit old and from the past but it was warm, clean and close to the beach. There was a little fridge, TV and WiFi. So, if you don’t care much for the newest style it is a nice place to stay because it has everything you need. The beds were alright as well for a good night rest. We can totally recommend it.

Very friendly and efficient staff, comfortable room, very good location, easily accessible via public transport, particularly for someone on a wheelchair. Good facilities, including mini-golf, football pitch, basketball court, snooker, ping pong, but unfortunately no swimming pool.

Could have been cleaner and would benefit from better maintenance. Found sand on the bathroom floor when arrived and the floor was not cleaned during our three-day stay (this has been highlighted by other reviewers). Check-in time at 4pm and check-out time at 10am disappointing, but €25 to extend check-out until 3pm was fairly reasonable. Inventory price list for kitchen utensils totally unreasonable. I had to wash pots/pans, dishes and cutlery before use, as not very clean. Kitchenette extractor did not work.

Good location, the beach is just across the main road. The staff was quite friendly and the room was clean. We did not buy breakfast so no comment about that. Free parking!

The hotel is quite big and thus on a busy day the room is available for checkin later than expected. The receptionist could not even promise 5pm.. But we could leave our luggage and wait. Everything else was fine

We were pleasantly surprised by our experience at the hotel. Our family studio was well designed, clean, and made out of nice materials. The staff were helpful and friendly. Parking is easy. The kids had lots of fun on the mini-golf course (which is run down, but still enjoyable). And the location--a short walk from a big clean beach with fantastic dunes--is superb. It was an easy drive down for Bruges sightseeing, too. All in all, we were very pleased by our choice.

If there were more eating options nearby, that would be great.

We were 5 of us with 3 kids. It was excellent property and I saw a group of school trip. I believe they had very good vacation too. Honestly it was only one night for us, but we - 2 mothers both felt that like staying one week of vacation. The workers were very friendly and kind. They effort as much as they can to make us comfort and happy. I appreciated it.

We had transportation, but it is just in front of them, if you have any car, it's doesn't bother you at all.

There was no kettle in the room so I needed to boil a pan of water to make tea! Very important to us brits is our cuppa after a long journey! Bathroom was not very accessible for my disabled partner, and we did ask if it was. Very tight for his chair and no rails. No disabled parking near the entrance

The location was unbeatable, right next to the beach entrance and a tram stop. The staff were also top tier, and incredibly helpful (and also overlooked how embarrassing it was when I tried going through the wrong front door multiple times)

All the amenities in the room were very nice, but a water bottle or two would've been appreciated. It's a minor gripe but using water cups from the bathroom didn't feel exactly great.
