Staff was welcoming and helpful. The breakfast was decent with several options. The facilities were good and suitable for short stays. The AC system was functioning very well, providing a pleasant environment inside despite the ongoing heat wave during my stay.

The first room I received seemed to have been overlooked in terms of a comprehensive cleaning after the previous guest's departure as the bedding didn't seem very clean. However, the staff were helpful and quick in changing the room.

A very pleasant surprise! I don't have a lot of expectations from a hotels like this which usually serve a stop near the highway to some other destination, but I was amazed by the quality and helpfulness of the personnel. Very polite, recommended local beers (that they sell at the reception), and was able to discuss a little bit about every single one of them and the origins of the popularity of beer in Belgium. Helped me with carrying on items to the hotel room and also breakfast was great! Very tasty and has a lot of options! As they say, great value for money! Cheap hotel that offers A LOT for this price! The rooms are pretty old, but that's expected.

The staff was incredibly nice and helpful and made us feel welcome all the time. A nice plus was the selection of Belgian beers available at the bar. There is a little terrace outside, it is in an commercial area so not the best view but still really nice to wind down in the evening.

Everything was OK for an Ibis. It would be nice to have some more plugs near the bed and some more water pressure in the sink but these were just minor inconveniences. I don't recommend the breakfast if not included, not worthy It considering that there is a bakery just 3 minutes walk away.

Lots of free parking, good easy to find location, lovely spacious room and really friendly welcoming staff.

Lighting in the room was inadequate, the washroom was not great, there was a dead wasp in the shower and a huge insect crawling on the floor in the washroom. My 6 6 year old refused to go and use the toilet.

Always stay here when we come to Belgium because it’s good value, very clean and staff friendly, polite and welcoming

The only niggle is lack of Blue badge parking spaces. Think 2 spaces should be the minimum

The accommodation were perfect, the stuff very professional ready and available to help, the suites are very clean and comfortable, the Breakfast is abundant and the Location is insuperable, Gyms Restaurants Súpermarkets. ATMs Gas Stations,Gulf course.

Nice hotel with big rooms, plenty of space for the guests. Room was clean and tidy, every bed has own TV. One thing I didn't like is that we got paper cups instead of glass ones. You have terace in front of the hotel and plenty of space to park the car. We had a lovely welome from the receptionist!! The price for 2 people was only 65 euros for the night which is really cheap.

Staff were very friendly, hotel had 24hrs reception service- great customer service. Plenty of food and drink options, including free water machine. Only 1 large towel provided per person but on asking at reception, we were provided with a 2nd towel. Towels were changed daily, room was cleaned daily. Hotel was within walking distance from supermarket, bakery and a few different restaurants.

Only 2 plug sockets in the room and these were on the opposite side of the room to the mirror making it hard for a woman to use hairdryer/straightners. The spare socket in the bathroom didn't work with a uk adaptor plug.

The location the staff the vibe the cleaningness the service amazing they really go out of their way to to make sure the Stay is very confortable. Fully recommended.

The breakfast was excellent - plenty of choice. The staff were excellent too - very friendly and helpful. The hotel is dog-friendly. Although the hotel is situated in a built-up area there is a woodland path round the back of the building suitable for a dog walk. Plenty of parking spaces.
