An excellent location in the nature but the lovely town of Houffalize is just a short walk away. Hotel was designed for families and there are many great features that make parent’s life easier and enjoyable holiday - a playground just next to the bar and restaurant, indoor playground, mini farm, beautiful pool etc.

The pool, which has excellent features like jacuzzi and big slide, was on Saturday absolutely crowded due to external visitors (groups of scouts) and changing rooms did not seem very clean so we skipped the dipping on that day.

Spacious room, well organized and comfortable.

No air conditioning. The room was hot and stayed like that Poor sound insulation: I could hear the words of the neighbors in their rooms I found dead flies and crumbles on the floor. I was expecting more at the food buffet. For example: as dessert, there was only a (small) ice cream cup. Also, no salads. Also, one must be aware that the resort is far from the town.

We liked the facilities.

We really missed a bottle of water in the room. We were looking where to buy, etc... If no water bottles provided, would be nice to have a drinking water tap anywhere, or directions where to find such if it already exists. Could be some animators for the kids in the evenings during kids holidays (even if very basic). Or any live music singer for adults. In general, the hotel is nice and clean, but missing cosiness.

- Staff was really forthcoming. - The room was prepped for someone with mobility limitations and was enormous with the best to offer (space, shower and beds adapted) huge veranda too. As a side-note: there was a party that made some noise in the -1 level restaurant, and when I complained it was duly noted. The next morning one of the managers (Cindy W.) did her best to appease us and suggest some type compensation. Really professional and with a smile.

Parking may be a little far from the room - depending where room is located. Swimming pool is used by local swimming team to train at certain hours.

Well located just outside the town but easily walkable. Plenty of car parking spaces. A very large hotel accommodation couples,motorcycle touring parties,school children under supervision and conference attendees. You could either eat a la carte or in the Petite Buffet where it was self service with beer,wine and soft drinks included in the price.Swimming pool on site.

Nice hotel in great location. It has a pool with sauna and one slide. Breakfast was good, staff friendly and helpful. We decided to stay for one extra night when we saw how nice it was.

I wish there would be a switch to turn the lights in the bathroom on and off. Right now they switch on automatically based on movement sensor. While it can be totally ok for adults, it’s not very practical if you need to take care about your child during the night.

The hotel was in a great location for visiting the surrounding area. We were there to visit Bastogne and the related Battle of Bulge museums. The room was clean, comfortable and we liked having a little outdoor space with a balcony overlooking the river & woods.

We weren't overly impressed with the hot breakfast options in the buffet restaurant or the evening meal. Choice was limited and this is something that could be improved. We booked in for dinner one evening but did not return on the 2 nights we were there opting to eat out instead.

Location is great. In the middle of the forest, plenty opportunities for walking. Got an excellent massage by Anna from the spa, highly recommend it!

Too many kids - weather was a bit rainy so they were mostly inside...

Of course this hotel is the perfect spot if you running Chouffe trails but the hotel is very good good quiet location good rooms cozy very nice breakfast and good bar area the hotelnhas a good pool area different pools for swimming or just lay back and sauna if you like it

Great rooms, plenty of space with balcony. Huge amount of choice for breakfast. Live entertainment at night. Its more of a resort hotel with so much to do. Pity we didnt have time. The receptionist was so helpful with a problem that we had, calling taxi's etc.
