The hotel is located at easy walking distance from city center, however in a quiet street, so we slept very well at night. We traveled on motorcycles which we could park around the back of the hotel. Fortunately we were able to park under a roof, but that is not usual. However, the parking lot felt secure. The staff was very friendly and well organized. Breakfast was lovely with lots of choices. The room was cleaned daily. The additional plusses are: if need be, you can dine at the hotel. If weather allows, you can also enjoy drinks outside on a cozy terrace.

The bathroom was a bit small, but we managed just fine. Nothing to be worried about really.

Great hotel and comfortable room. Loved the kettle and fridge, and fantastic shower. Streaming YouTube on TV nice too (although TV is small). Staff at check in were super friendly and easy secure bicycle parking. Breakfast was very good. Curtains made room quite dark for sleeping despite some lights out front.

Would be a 10 if we had a different room and there wasn’t a big tour group in the hotel. We booked just a day before as bicycle tourists, so our room was on first floor right above terrace and over lounge and breakfast room, so some minor noise pm and am, but we still slept ok. Breakfast buffet was very good but we initially went down at 7:15 and it was packed with the tour group. Back after 8 and they were all gone, and the staff worked hard to clean and replenish breakfast.

The staff were on duty on my arrival and were available to greet me, they were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. My room was spacious, comfortable and clean. There was both a bath with shower and separate shower room. The bed was comfortable. The hotel provided breakfast including in the cost of the room. There was a good selection and it was very tasty. The hotel has a restaurant called ‘The Melting Pot’ which has a Mexican theme, both Mexican and traditional Belgium dishes are available. It is necessary to book in advance, although they did allow my late booking on the night of arrival, which was welcome after I had just completed a long day of travelling to get there. My meal was excellent. The hotel is located in a one way street which connects with the town square. If you are driving you have to go into the square first and enter the street from that end. There is plenty of parking outside the hotel on the street and normally the hotel has its own car park for guests. Whilst I was there the car park was being renovated. This Wasn’t a problem and I found parking on the street easily enough.

There is nothing I can think of. I would be glad to stay again and book longer next time.

The location was very good, only a short walk to the main square, with shops and restaurants in easy reach. The parking for the motorcycles was good, it was flat and under a covered area close to the door. The restaurant in the hotel was nice, the food was good. The room was clean and a good size, with a comfortable bed and the fridge was a real bonus. The staff were helpful. The breakfast was good, with a range of options. Would stay here again.

Beautiful hotel set in a quiet location with onsite parking, spotlessly clean, massive double bed which was so comfortable, the breakfast was superb as was the evening meal we had in the restaurant, there is a nice outside seating area to have a drink, the staff are so friendly and helpful, it's situated about a 5 minute walk to the square where there are some nice bars and restaurants, we would not consider staying anywhere else.

Stayed here 20 years ago. Loved the hotel then and love it now. Great location right in the middle of Bastogne. There is nothing to dislike about this hotel. The rooms, the facilities, the breakfast, the staff are all excellent. If I ever get back to Bastogne, this is where I'm going to stay. Due to construction in the parking area behind the hotel, you have to park on the street in front. But there are ample spaces so it was no problem.

Central location. Friendly staff. Good accommodation set up for a Dad and his three mature sons. Good value for money.

The TV in one of our rooms was not working upon our arrival. This was known about and an unsuccessful attempt was made to get it working. No replacement was provided for a three night stay which was a bit disappointing. Additionally, drinks purchased at the bar were not permitted to be added to our accommodation account. Immediate payment was required. Again disappointing given we had paid for our accommodation in advance via Booking.com in the amount of €810. Surely we could be trusted to pay for four drinks when we checked out.

What a lovely hotel. It's in a good location with an easy walk into town. We had a very friendly welcome, the room was large and the bed was big and comfortable. There were tea making facilities and the bathroom was clean and had a lovely big shower. The hotel has a restaurant and we had the set menu which was delicious. Breakfast was amazing and had so much choice. Probably one of the best breakfasts I've had in a hotel.

Breakfast experience was disappointing compared to our previous visit A very large party of people descended on the breakfast area at the same time, took all available seating and we had to ask where we could sit to eat, eventually going into the restaurant ourselves They also cleared nearly all the food available which was very slow to be replenished We were not the only normal customers who were confused by all of this

The staff couldn't have been more helpful. They were friendly and cheerful and gave plenty of advice from local bus times to places to eat. The car park is currently undergoing refurbishment and blocked off but they allowed us to park our 2 motorbikes under the entrance portico. One of the motorbikes had broken down but the reception staff were very helpful and gave us a push down the road to get it started after we'd found someone who could fix the problem. This wasn't our first stay and won't be our last.
