Firstly the location is amazing, I have ridden trhough Esch-sur-sure many times, but only ever stopped for food and drink, so on this trip wanted to stay overnight. The Hotel is in this very quiet village with the castle directly behind (you can walk up to it from a path that runs behind the Hotel) and overlooks the River to the front with cafe's and a gift shop in the village just a few steps away. The Hotel was clean, the room spacious and the bed comfortable, there was no noise to worry about being in a small village and everything worked as expected. I would call the Hotel traditional, some may say it needs updating, but I like Hotels like this, it has charm and character. There is also a small lift which is handy for getting bags up to your room. The food and service in the restaurant was excellent with a nice terrace overlooking the river to eat at - or plenty of indoor seating if the weather is not so great. They had a garage to park our motorcycles which is always a bonus for British riders who have an ingrained fear of theft from our own land - although I suspect there is very little crime here, and I have stayed in luxembourg many times and left bikes outside Hotels with no worries . issues, but welcome all the same and I know many motorcyclists want garages.

I really cannot think of much, there is not much "night life" in the village from what I can see, and the Hotel bar does not seem to stay open until the last guest collapses, which could be viewed as a bonus.

Location was excellent right next to the river, breakfast was good standard continental faire, rooms had balconies but faced the rear. Small bathroom but was just the job. Has secure garage for motorcycles, but be aware there may large groups staying there , so on a first come served basis. Restaurant had good service.

Located in Esch Sure, a lovely small place in a stunning location. Perfect fpr motorcyclists with a locked garage for parking. A great discovery and would book again.

I knocked 1 star off for decor. If you are looking for perfection its not for you. But if you are prepared to accept very small imperfections in decor you should be happy here. It is in keeping with reasonable expectations and the breakfast was excellent.

The location was pretty and close by were cafes with basic menus of the area such as schnitzel. Also, good cakes are in one of them to enjoy with your coffee. Everything was in order if a little dated in appearance.

The small bathroom had a very large sink that took up a lot of room.

2nd time Ive stayed here whilst touring on my motorcycle 🏍. Easy to locate in a small town in a valley. Pleasant reception staff, offered a free garage space for my bike. Comfortable bed, slept well. Nice basic continental breakfast. Easy checkout. Shall return again if nearby.

Please be mindful, the local church ⛪️ rings its bells 🔔 at 07:00!

Stunning setting and a very quiet place to stay. Friendly staff too, especially at breakfast making sure we had what we wanted.

We arrived in the dark - watch your step entering the hotel because it's not immediately obvious. Glass door on the bathroom was slightly odd too but this might not be in every room.

Nice location. Staff friendly and helpful. Restaurant very good. Hotel clean. Parking on street was free.

Breakfast wasn’t brilliant due to under staffing & accommodating 14 approximately cyclists. Nothing was ready for anyone else.

Pretty decent hotel in a fantastic location. Rooms were a little bit small, but were spotlessly clean and I overlooked the river from room 20. Food menu was basic but cooked to perfection. Breakfast was limited.

Breakfast has room for improvement, not a lot of pastries for everyone, in my case there was 4 croissants at 8am and no replenishment of pastries only bread, no fresh veggies as showed on picture Bedrooms have no sound isolation, you can hear your neighbors walking in the hallway late at night, everytime they decide to go out, etc

Room spacious, clean. Bit tired but great for us. Breakfast basic but ok. Restaurant was ok. Garage for motorcycle great and on site. Perfect quiet location with good beer.
