This is an unusual hotel with multiple rooms spread around different sites (some away from the restaurant and office) on the top of a hill surrounded by a bend of the Sûre. It has lots of character but is very clean and comfy. The restaurant and bar are excellent. We had a couples room with a jacuzzi tub and a view onto the square in front of the hotel. It has a nice terrace for drinks. The staff were outstanding too--my wife was reluctant to take the room we originally reserved, which was up more stairs away in a separate building, but the staff found us an even more romantic room just steps form the bar and we thoroughly enjoyed it!

I wasn't aware how some rooms were not in the main building when booking on booking.com. I imagine that might have been clear on the hotel's website but it wasn't using the booking app.

Great location, good breakfast, big room. Beautiful modern sauna.

Often there was noone at the reception and that was a problem because I had to borrow towels and slippers from reception before the sauna closes. Also, when I wanted to give back the key of the elevator that leads to sauna, was the same problem. Noone at the reception. I asked other people who worked there to help me. Also, I was waiting for someone to appear at the reception when I wanted to check out. Finally the older lady came and waved me to go to restaurant with her to check-out there instead of at the reception. She seemed to be obviously annoyed by my presence or by being too busy.

Hotel is pretty but room decoration is basic. Hamam shower in the room is fabulous. Not a cheap hotel but it’s good and comfortable.

The access with a car is very narrow, and same about parking when it’s full. Lack of eggs in breakfast, only do it your self boiled eggs. Prices in hotel restaurant are very expensive for dinner, but there are not many other options in the area.

I loved its quirkiness. We were greeted by a lovely, lovely lady who was extremely smiley and friendly. She immediately made us feel welcome. I loved the feel of the hotel, our room was epic! Everything about the hotel has encouraged me to return.

I was burnt in the hamman shower! I think that when being shown the room, the staff should actually show you how to use it as signage can be interpreted in different ways. There wasn’t the clarity on how to work the shower. Finally and I hate to say this but it would have been nice if the owners would have had a more cheerful disposition.

We had to move to a more expensive room because we were travelling with our dog, and we had to pay for that upgrade. We would have preferred to have been informed about this in advance and not upon our arrival.

Beautiful quiet town Kind staff who were working hard on what seemed like a short staffed day. Great garage space for your motorcycle. nice patio for drinks and dinner.

A bit higgledy piggledy if that reference means anything. but that might also be part of the charm if that’s your thing.

Hotel de la Sure is nestled in a chocolate box village on the banks of a river with plenty of dog walks. The hotel rooms are dotted throughout the village which is peaceful and friendly

The lanes are narrow and parking is available but tight. Dogs are more tolerated than welcomed

Everything we liked from location of the hotel to the staff attitude. Everything was ok the level a lot of positive emotions

Only 1 thing I didn't like that the staff didn't wish me happy birthday and it was my birthday

This is a magical uncrowded place providing the visitor with an amazing sense of tranquility in the heart of Europe. We used it as a base for exploring the surrounding countryside and the ww2 monuments in nearby Bastogne.

Great hotel. Lots of entertainment, big restaurant, table tennis, games. We had a great rest in the SPA. Big and clean room, white towels, shower with hydromassage. Only positive impressions
