Greta location. Relatively basic rooms but did the trick and very reasonably priced. Great for family’s as the family room has an upstairs, giving adults or kids their own space

Staff weren’t always present in the hotel and had to ring a bell for service, which was fine, however made breakfast service a bit chaotic. No organisation, very small breakfast area and items weren’t replenished in a quick manner. Once the 8 pastries had gone (for the whole hotel to share) it was quite some time before they were replenished

The owner met us when we arrived and was very accommodating to our needs. He was very friendly and humorous in his introductions. The location was great being on the square of Bastogne. It was super.

It was late when we arrived and parking was limited. We had a 8 passenger van and what spaces were open were to small for our van. We did find a space where we could park. I'm sure that if we arrived earlier we would not of had this problem.

10 +++ / A+++ stay. Great smooth check-in and very helpful man that checked me in. Nice large clean room. Great location to walk to all downtown city center. Parking about 1/2 block away in the city public parking. Great hot water and great Wifi. Room # 11 in the rear was very quiet and great for sleeping. Ok breakfast, but it was fine. Daniel - USA

location is ideal within walking distance to all attractions in city. Room clean

Lack of staff- they checked us in when we rang the bell briefly then we saw no one during our stay and even breakfast. Breakfast was not staffed and coffee/cappuccino machine said do not touch so we would have liked someone to serve. Lots of steep circular steps to room especially when you are on top floor

The hotel is in a great position. Parking was easy. The man at reception was very pleasant and helpful. The room was a good size and the facilities were good.

The electronic blind shutter did not work which meant light came in to the room from around 5 in the morning when the workers in the kitchen opposite arrived for work.

The room was outdated, but cosy. With two children (12 and 15), the bedroom upstairs was excellent, they really enjoyed it. Also, the windows really softened the noise outside. The location is A+, and I recommend eating at restaurant Giorgi as well.

You have to sit in the tub to take a shower. Absolutely unforgivable.

Gave us a room upgrade. Very close to train station. Excellent to get rid of your bags from train station. 3 minutes to station. Plenty of food options around.

Bag storage area virtually in a Dungeon but it is all coded for security of your luggage. Is tight getting it in and out of luggage storage area.

Breakfast was great. Fresh bread and variety of meat, cheeses and dairy products. Beds were comfortable.

The stairs. We were upstairs in 3 /4 bedroom, so no surprise but the 2nd stair to upstairs inside bedroom to get to the bathroom. Not for the weak knees. Very clean, bathroom shower needs to be reevaluated for water runoff. Would stay at hotel again.

The location was ideal, there were amazing restaurants within walking distance, the beds were very comfortable, I liked the multiple levels and breakfast was great. There was a lot of things to do and see in the area.

There was nothing that I didn’t like.

Staff was helpful, room was clean and well appointed.

There was a loud party going on at a nearby property that kept me up past 0300… not the hotel’s fault but it was hot and I opened the window for air as there was no AC. I wound up stuck between too hot to sleep or too noisy to sleep. The other nights were quiet.
