Nice confortable room and bathroom. Nice staff, and a very convenient restaurant and bar located in the hotel.

You can hear pretty much all that happens outside of the room, people talking in the hallways, doors closing, the sound isolation needs some work. In particular if you have neighbors like I did, that talk loudly on the phone non stop while wallking the corridors.

The room is not large but perfect for me a single traveler. The young lady working the front desk I beleive her name is Liz was very kind and attentive to my questions. She also cooked the dinner and the ice cream dish was to die for. Perfcet place for a lay over as I was crossing Belgium.

I have not complaints with anything about the place. Got a good nights rest and the breakfast was very nice as well.

Staff was very friendly, room was small but clean and for a very good price. The bar was closed when we arrived, but there is a vending machine that also had beers and water. Our dog was very welcome!

The water pressure of the shower was very low, this was too bad. There was also a charging point for our electric car, but the power was insufficient (we charged for over 10 hours, but added very few km).

I liked the location, quiet and relaxing. The place is nice and the staff is very kind. I only stayed one night so can't help more.

the only thing i might suggest is to air the rooms. There was an unpleasant smell in mine, which however disappeared when I opened the window for a while.

Pretty nice place, between Brugge and Gent. Room was also fine, small, but equipped. Big space for parking, nice terrace. The staff is also nice, in the morning and in the evening were super nice ladies.

It would be good to have some fridge and two blankets. Maybe somw cheper breakfast also would be a plus.

The EXCEPTIONAL customer service and personable approach to the guests made this particular stay a very enjoyable indeed! It's worthing a specific person - Kenneth, who volunteered to assist us with finding the local vet and arranging for a next day meeting to arrange for our new dog to go home with us, to the UK. Highly recommended place!

What might have been useful is to have a kettle in the room, however there was always an opportunity to use the coffee machine downstairs if we needed hot water.

Quiet place, very clean and cozy bedrom, free parking, confortabke bed, good people.

Perfect, cozy hotel, good relation between price and quality. The breakfast was good, the people were very nice. I recommend.

Great spacious room, extra clean. Very quiet too. Wonderful food and friendly staff. Definitely a great option for holidays in the area!

Nothing to complain about. Everything was super nice. A lot of space for parking, quiet area.
