Great hotel, all new. Loved the interior and the bar with restaurant with garden is recommended. Parking under the hotel makes it all very accessible.

There was a mix-up with the rooms and instead of just switching this in the computer I had to check out the next day and check again in the evening. I am still wondering how that system works. Also my colleague and I had the same room except his was twice the size of mine. Overall I believe they can improve on the costumer experience. Nevertehelss I will stay here next time when I'm in the neighbourhood.

Very comfortable and clean room. Air conditioning good. Staff on reception and in bar area very friendly and went above and beyond for our stay. It was a family wedding and we couldn’t get a taxi to the Church. The lady ( whose name I do not know)on reception drove us to the Church and then organised taxis for us. Exceptional.

Breakfast over priced for a buffet

the location was fantastic and the underground carpark was a bonus (separate charges) We stayed here for the world grooming championships and they were so accommodating for the dogs also, they have a little garden it felt so peaceful and relaxing being in one of the garden suites. Had everything you needed. The receptionist she was amazing and so helpful and had a smile on her face everyday.

Building site where hotel extension is to be placed was right next to our room. Construction started early in the morning waking us on the Thursday and Friday mornings. It would have been nice to have been warned that a lie would not be possible.

Lovely hotel, large room, comfortable bed. Pool is a lovely touch as is the on site parking!!

We were bitten (a lot) by something in the night. Room appeared clean so probably a mosquito but took the edge off a pleasant stay. Also there was a party on during the afternoon which we weren’t told but the clean up operation afterwards meant the bar was closed for the evening if our stay.

The bed was great and the room very clean. I believe the facilities were really amazing, but our stay was too short to use the pool. Staff was helpful!

Personally not such a fan of the touch screen adjustments fir lights, but thats very personal.

The rooms were beautiful and the grounds were Beautiful. Everyone was very welcoming and the rooms were lovely and clean.

There was quite a bit of confusion when using the restaurant. Some of our party didn’t get to eat for over 2 hours.

Breakfast was wonderful and the staff was happy and helpful!

A little more room between the bed and desk.

Breakfast was good - a plentiful selection of hot and cold options. The staff were extremely helpful - I required a very early taxi and they accommodated my request expertly.

Nothing - I have no negative feedback to report.

Unique design. Perfect location for walking into town. Very helpful staff. Electric car charging facilities in a secure underground car park. Indoor swimming pool.
