Great location and close to a delightful Italian restaurant! The room was a good size and the bed was fine. The breakfast buffet had a good variety and was the perfect start that we needed before we got back on the road for another long drive.

We got to the hotel around dinner time and all of their parking was already full for the day. That was a bummer and there was no sign on the hotel's parking gate that indicated this. I also didn't read that the room didn't have a refrigerator and was stuck with leftovers that I couldn't keep cool.

Good location, close to the town centre (less than 10 minutes walk), large bedroom, comfortable beds. We received great advice from a very friendly staff member to find Belgian chocolate, good restaurants and craft beers pubs.

We had a room on the street side and we could hear street noises like cars or people partying, screaming, cheering. We could not book the car park, that was not an issue as there is a public car park opposite the road that offers the same price. There was no kettle in the bedroom, which would have been nice in the cold winter weather.

We were traveling by bicycle. The hotel has plenty of bike parking space in the back parking lot. About 10 of the spots are covered. The staff was very helpful and friendly. We were able to get into our room early. The room was spacious. The air conditioner was strong. There was a large selection of food on the breakfast buffet. Gluten-free bread was available on request. The hotel was a 5 minute walk from the center of town and was easy to access.

I did appreciate the staff, I remember I have been once to an other hotel close to yours because the staff treated badly I decided to never ever going back anymore. But yours staff are cool.

I had fever In the middle of night, I went to reception to ask if could have a pain killer, I was overwhelmed the hotel had no paracetamol. Ok, maybe it’s your politics that you don’t won’t to interfere to any health problems with customers , but I am wonders is this how to care of us…

Very clean and comfortable room for a good price. The bed is very good. The staff was very nice and friendly. The hotel is very well located, 7 minutes walking to the city centre. There are parking places at the hotel for a good price. Dogs are allowed for an additional fee (not expensive). I can only recommend this hotel.

Lovely room at affordable prices - good location for town centre. Car park is small but the Palace of Justice car park opposite was convenient and hi-tech too. Breakfast was good.

Insufficient lifts - at breakfast and checkout we ended up using the stairs for 4 floors as the wait times were ridiculous.

I liked the location as well as the 24h reception. Room was more than decent, as well as the rest of the facilities. Early breakfast was also a plus!

I would have liked bacon with my breakfast eggs. Proper ventilation in the shower would have been great as well.

That ir was value for the correct price. The room was renovated and therefore modern and nicely decorated. Staff was friendly and adressed us in Dutch which is our first language. I really appreciated that. Location was walking distance from the centre.

There was ample space in the triple room. The beds were very comfortable and the shower was great. It was ideally located for the main attractions and town squares. Easy to get to from the train station.

The only socket in the main room was under the desk making it difficult to access and use
