very nice location, close to the river, to the old town and to the rivers. The interior design is well thought and it is a pleasure to look at the details - somebody really liked his/her job! materace was awesome and the staff really friendly, helpful and english speaking

main issue was the evntilation - seemed like the room had not been used for a longer period, one could feel the smell of mold. please solve that, its really a pity. 2nd: the reception of your phone is really limited (thats not always bad, but you should be aware of it)

Great place. Very central with the citadel view. Very comfortable and clean place with all the necessary amenities. Parking either free on the street nearby (not directly opposite, but about 5 min walk) or paid also nearby. Definitely recommend if you need to stop in Namur

Not sure if stone floors will be warm in the winter and also beware that you will need to get up steps to 3rd floor (not an issue for us).

within walking distance of citadel (if you don't mind the stairs), 1 block away from the Meuse river (but no view). A few minutes away from the city centre. Great shower. Perfect if you're looking for a cheap, practical place to rest your head.

No staff on-premise, no breakfast, only a vending machine. No free parking close by, paid underground parking at roundabout about 100m further. The walk from the railway station is doable, but long if you're carrying luggage. All of this I knew up-front, so these were no surprises and they were perfectly acceptable. 3 surprises: The view from my room was boring (the back of another apartment). The hallway, the stairs, as well as the room were mostly polished concrete. This made for noisy echoes. The room was relatively cold. I had to figure out the thermostat by myself and turn them up.

The whole setup was very nice, near to Namur's Citadel (if you don't mind the steps) and the river. The rooms were very clean. Because the hotel is automated and we only stayed one night we didn't meet with anybody from the staff.

The one single thing I didn't like - which is, by the way, not the fault of the hotel - is that finding parking for the car in the neighborhood wasn't easy.

Very chic design, with lots of lovely decoration touches. Although we had a slight issue with cleanliness in one room (not anything the host could have avoided, just a strain on linen which was clearly fresh linen anyway) the host was very quick to rectify it and had me feeling very comfortable. The Nespresso machines and good sized fridges in the room are brilliant and let us keep some local produce we bought fresh which we were very happy about.

Very minor complaints, but there are no fans or air conditioning so you may need to sleep with the window open. Which does naturally affect the noise a bit. In fact, the property is not the most noise-insulated, with sounds from the neighborhood being heard in the room with the window even with it closed. Also the WiFi signal seems to be a bit weak for the television to work perfectly all of the time, it sometimes was lagging. But ultimately these were very minor points for improvement and we very much enjoyed our stay and would certainly come back here next time we are in Namur.

Really, the place was very clean, and everything was working well and no one really never bothered us the cleaning ladie was very nice.

Things worked perfectly for me and my families the place is close to the bus station, 5 minutes to namur train station jambe food supermarket ect .

The place is somewhat very different compare to other hotels I have been previously, however it is different in the way that it is very unique that it has the rooms which provides comfort. The beds are very comfortable and I am able to sleep in. The bathroom facilities is very nice because the cleanliness is very exceptional.

The accommodation is located on a quiet bicycle street near the citadel, it is all fully digital, it is within walking distance of the centre, if you have found a parking space nearby you can make good tours by car from there.

There are parking spaces nearby on the main access road, which are also free, there is usually always one free, otherwise you have to go to the multi-storey car park around the corner. It is unusual that there is no breakfast, you have to look for a café in Namur, it is best to book in advance, otherwise it could get crowded from 9.30 a.m. onwards, but that seems to be normal in Namur.

The room was very clean and had everything you need for a short stay. It's very close to the center.

The room wasn't very soundproof. When other guests upstairs walked around at night (sometimes in heels) it was pretty loud. Especially because the rooms have no carpet or laminate and you walk on beton instead. It would have been nicer to have night cabinets instead of each 1 wiggly stool on each side of the bed. The breadspread looked very old and could be renewed.

Very nice location. Only 3 minutes walk from the center. Right next to the citadel. A perfect parking-garage on less than 100 mtrs away. The hotel is brand new. Very modern and tasteful design. The room was not too big but it has all the comfort you need. A small refrigerator and a perfect bed. The bathroom is super! Very quiet place at night. A small tip: We had to find out which check-in panel we had to use, but that was our own fault ;-) There are two panels and you need the second panel, coming from the parking. The panel that says: "Rooms" We met the owners by chance (it is a self-service check in. ) Very friendly and helpful people. We certainly recommend the hotel and would like to come back here. The perfect stay for a visit to Namur.
