Nice riverside view especially in the morning when sun was shining on water. Good-sized room with good supply of powerpoint including usb and usb-c. Excellent very varied breakfast - cost €20 but there was everything one could want and yoghurts most delicious. Wish we had eaten evening meal there - would probably have suited us better than the restaurant we chose. And been so convenient. Free disabled parking at end of the road behind the hotel (3 places). Town also quite well supplied with disabled parking places. Good lifts to the rooms.

Slightly put off by dark black painted corridors leading to the room - but room itself was fine!

Very nice and modern. Good sized room with lovely few. Good restaurant and nice terrace overlooking river. Despite being on busy road, the hotel is quiet. Nice and helpful front desk. Good access to town and castle. Breakfast was of good quality and variety.

Car park is a bit of a walk. Hotel could provide small trolleys for people to transport luggage, particularly people with disabilities or older. Restaurant staff were overwhelmed at busy breakfast and just could not keep up with restocking food.

Very modern, clean and comfortable hotel with nice decor. Lovely restaurant with good food overlooking the Meuse river. Wellness suite (sadly we didn’t have time to use it before it closed in the evening) looked nice. Very friendly restaurant waiting staff. Some limited car parking adjacent to the hotel which is free of charge (but this appears to get fully occupied quite quickly)

Reception worker was quite grumpy and unwelcoming (but the rest of the staff were good).

Modern, somewhat upmarket. Food in the restaurant was superb - very "Master Chef" in quality and presentation, even if the portion sizes were quite small. View of the river from our room, which you pay extra for.

Restaurant good, but not cheap. Secure underground car park was not directly affiliated to the hotel and entrance was at the opposite end of what is a very long hotel, to the hotel entrance and reception.

The location, the equipments of the hotel, its very quiet, the restaurant and the breakfast that they serve is very good, the view of the room :-)

Second stay at this hotel, i prefered the first time. The only problem was the first day at the check in, i arrived and checked my room and i found garbage of the previous people in my bin and the glasses were dirty :-( for the rest it was good

The surroundings were quite amazing. The room was very big and the beds were very comfy. I liked the design, too. The fact that the room had a fridge was a big plus. The breakfast was quite good and the hotel was comfy. The spa was also very well made and had all the things you need.

The only two things I can write here, even tough they're not very relevant, were the breakfast that I was expecting a tine little more variety and the price of the hotel.

Located in central Namur next to the river Muese. The Mercure hotel shares the building with the casino and also has a conference center and spa. Free parking at the back of the hotel and casino. Clean and large room, with good shower. Great breakfast.

We had a room on the street/river side. If you open a window you hear the traffic passing by, but nice river view compensates for the noise.

Our room was modern and very stylish. The breakfast buffet was large and quite good, a little pricey. We really enjoyed the outdoor terrace in the evening with a bottle of champagne and a nice view of the river. Easy walk to the city center with many dining choices.

The parking situation was a bit chaotic. The casino was very busy so we parked in the back lot, even for check-in. We had to pay for parking, although discounted.

Wonderful location along the bike trail and the Canal . Close to city center . The venue is a casino on one side and a hotel on the other . Very modern and extremely well maintained. Good inside secure bicycle storage . Staff from manager on down were absolutely wonderful . Good elevator to rooms .Room was very clean and bright . Spacious and very clean bathroom. On site restaurant was very nice with reasonable price point . Breakfast was excellent with multiple hot and cold food choices . A really comfortable place to stay , eat and gamble if you so desire .

The location, the spa, the restaurant and the casino. Very nice breakfast too.

The bed was good and large, but there was an enormous gap between the mattresses and we kept rolling into the middle. They were a bit too soft for me.The spa is nice but small, could be a problem on weekends. We had it all to ourself at 5 pm on a wednesday.
