Great location, very close to the University of Namur and train station. There is a possibility to aerate the room naturally for some time or cut off external noises by closing windows and using A/C. The bed was very comfortable, curtains enebled rest by blocking lights completely. There is a possibility to resign of the room service. You can make yourself a cup of tea/coffee downstairs near check-in. Breakfasts have sweet and savory choices. Thre is a lovely terrace on the highest floor available for guests within certain time limits. The hotel staff is very kind and supportive

The room is very quiet. Almost no sounds heard with the window closed. The room is small and has no chairs, if I remember correctly. Not an issue, really since-- The entrance lobby is quite large

I found turning on the lights a bit of a challenge: the room becomes totally dark and finding the black button of the reading light on the black headboard is no easy task. The elevator voice system was telling one what floor one was on and in which direction one was going to move. A simple number and an arrow on an electric display would have been enough but of course there was no electric display.

Great location. 2 minutes from train and bus station and about a 15 minute walk to citadel. Hotel was modern and clean and staff friendly. Free tea and coffee from machine in reception which was great and water cooler to fill bottles. Great hotel and would recommend and would stay again if we visited Namur again. Beds comfortable and the shower was great.

Area was noisey at night with lots of people shouting in the street on the friday and saturday in the early hours. The room was very hot in March that we needed window open. Air con in room but it felt stuffy without window open. Its the station area which is always noisey.

Next door to the station, so easy to find. Wonderful staff, room was big and well designed, including wheelchair accessibility, a first I've seen. We didn't need it, but it was nice to see that they had thought about it. A great rooftop terrace, free coffee, tea and water throughout the stay, free lockers at the entrance. You can choose not to service your room, say if you're only staying a couple of days, and you get a 5 euro voucher to spend at the bar in return for each day you don't have your room serviced. I liked the idea.

Small room but had everything we needed for a 3 night stay. Great location 2 mins walk from the train station and only a short walk from anywhere you'd want to go. The Aircon made the room lovely and cool in the hot weather and the free water tea and coffee was a great touch. We also got a voucher towards bar spend for not having our room cleaned which is a great idea. Lovely helpful staff and lockers to store your bags on the day you arrive and leave. Had a great stay.

Good location, friendly staff, clean, new

No available parking at our arrival and there was no possibility to book a parking space in advance, once we arrived at the hotel, they gave us the opportunity to book a parking for the next day because there was going to be a free space, but we still had to drive around to find another public parking in the city on the night we arrived, so we just left the car there for the next 2 nights, that was also cheaper. bed was very hard

Breakfast was good and 24/7 tea and coffee making was a bonus. Staff were really helpful, especially when we organised a late check out, and they helped us book a taxi. Proximity to the station is a definite plus. Shower was great.

Bedding was a little bulky and hot, and rooms are a bit on the small side. Some drawers to store clothes that don't need hanging up would have been helpful.

We stayed at the hotel for 2 nights. New and modern facilities, great view to Namur train Central Station, very quiet room. Two elevators to the floor, room door with code, great wi-fi. Wonderful breakfast with all you can imagine... from tasty bread, to tiny pancakes made in a machine right in front of you. Good sized room! Comfortable bed and great shower. Everything was clean. Oh, and perfect location!

-very friendly staff, hotel lobby is big with modern decorations. We got our coffee and tea for free which is very nice for hotel to provide such service. -we had room on 6th floor (top floor) which is pretty quiet even though there is some noise from the construction just right in front of the hotel but they stop around 4pm so very quiet at night. -room is small but it's very cosy and comfortable, very clean, nice bathroom with good shower & water pressure. -location is good, right next to the train station about 5mins walk. Old town is about 10-15mins walking distance, there are few grocery stores nearby. Even though there is big constructions on the main street but we didn't find any difficulties to walk around

-we cannot increase the temperature inside the room so it's a bit cold for us but it's nice that the hotel gave us an extra duvet.

Great location + Beautifully decorated💫 Hotel "Design Forward"...a great model for future business & touring stays. Every detail was well thoughtout, efficient, functional, & pretty:) I would suggest providing some rooms that offer 2 included bottles of water, a very small refrigerator, a small water kettle, & body lotion - items that I really do appreciate in any hotel room:) The staff was very helpful & professional...thank you💫
