having two floors in the room was great, my 5 year old loved exploring. Nespresso machine with loads of snacks provided and just a beautiful view from the balcony. The staff were amazing, even when you check out they give you a lovely box of biscuits and a free drink in the bar. However the best thing is the breakfast. I have stayed in countless hotels in my time, this breakfast is on a totally different scale. Salmon, Parma ham, a vast choice of breads, just everything was brilliant. I'm coming back this was from the UK in a month and no doubt will stay here again.

nothing, this place is great

Newly constructed, modern hotel at a very central location with one side of the hotel looking onto the dune area (while the other side unfortunately looked onto a construction area). Parking lot free of charge and coffee machine at the room was nice to have. As others already mentioned: breakfast was very good and if we would have had good weather, we could have had our breakfast outside facing the dunes…nice!

The parking system is indeed quite ‘challenging’ - especially finding your way back to fetch the luggage and at the end not forgetting to return the key for the garage box (as we did). As for the bathroom I found it somewhat annoying that the full bright light automatically switched on once you had to go to the toilet during the night… And I was not very happy with the size of the pillows - one pillow seemed too small for sleeping, two not comfy…

Nice and comfortable room with a small balcony. Excellent bed for a good night sleep. The staff was very friendly. The breakfast was superb and definitely worth returning for!

I was missing a kind of cosy lounge at the bar were you can relax and have a drink. The same area is used for breakfast, dinner and bar.

The property is new , modern and smart but currently lacks any real ambiance. The staff were excellent and the room was spotless. As a last minute booking it was excellent value

The pillows in the room were uncomfortable- too hard . Also being new there is no real light over the bathroom mirror. Unfortunately the excellent breakfast was spoiled by the mixed fruit bowl which was fizzing (off) It was quickly changed

Great location, the rooms were perfect, nice friendly lady at the reception upon arrival. And a superb breakfast. Not to forget to mention the parking facilities at the hotel.

The restaurant with only one very expensive menu on Saturday evening. There’s no choices one can make, no other meal options. That was very disappointing for us.

Everything. The staff were exceptional the restaurant was 5* for breakfast and dinner. One traveller is disabled and nothing was too much trouble.

Watch out for headroom in the garages, boot hit roof when opened.

Late check out possibility (at least on Sunday), free parking included, very good breakfast, welcome drink. Central location in Nieuwpoort. Nice helpful staff.

The restaurant was fully booked both evenings. Probably very good, so please book well in advance of your stay.

The room and the breakfast was excellent.

We couldn’t enjoy the terrace of the room because it was full of spiders and cobwebs during the evening due to a lot of small cavities in the ceiling. Also terrace floor was very dirty when we arrived.

Breakfast & location was great. Shame about the outlook where building work was going on. Would have been nice to have been told about this beforehand. Heating very complicated to work out.

Parking very complicated and too expensive. Should be included in price of room.

The staff is very friendly, the rooms are cosy with a nice terrace. Superb beds. We slept like angels. And the breakfast is absolutely excellent.
