Staff were friendly and helpful, and made room in the lobby for our bikes, also provided another duvet when requested (see next section!). Location very close to the sea front and town facilities

We'd booked rooms with twin beds, but one of them had a double bed; not suitable for a group of friends. The staff apologised that there were no more twin rooms available when we arrived, and provided a spare duvet so I could sleep on the floor more comfortably but this shouldn't have happened; the booking was made well in advance so they had plenty of time to make arrangements. Also the decoration in some of he rooms was a bit tired, it seemed that the hotel was in a stage of gradual refurbishmeny t

Brilliant central location. Lovely staff who were very friendly and helpful. Great breakfast with a good range of hot and cold food. Excellent communication with hotel beforehand e.g., recommendations for where to eat, acknowledged request for a bathtub. Room was clean and spacious.

There was (to my knowledge) one very small lift so during busy times you had to wait a bit. There are 8 floors so if you don't like stairs or small lifts ask for a room on a lower floor.

In the heart of the city so all shops, restaurants and cafés are just a few minutes away. Same with the beach ⛱️

There was no more spot for our car at the hotel parking. I advise you to make sure that parking will be waiting for you. Otherwise you have to pay for the parking on the street or you can leave the car at the free of charge parking which is 15 min walk.

Room was pleasant and of reasonable size, breakfast was well presented . The location was well situated in the centre of the city near to the beach shopping and restaurants.

All good no negatives. I would only say that the hotel is in need of upgrading as its appearing a little tired in places.

Hotel clean and rooms excellent. our bedroom was spacious and beds really comfy, exactly what we needed after almost without 48 and no sleep. Breakfast was lovely, good selection and and well stocked.

We loved the apartment, perfect stay for a family. Very comfy beds and great kitchen. The hotel was easy to find and excellent location in Ostend.

All the staff are smiling and kind. Perfect location. Close to the beach, restaurants, and trams. Even though I arrived early, I was able to check in comfortably. I would like to use it again if I have a chance.

If I had to say anything, it would be Wifi speed.

I wouldn’t say this is a disadvantage, but can clearly state on the website or app to show parking situation. Our arrival is on public holiday (assumption day) so finding parking space is kind of disaster and takes us quite a long time

Air conditioning available. Big room. Very nice breakfast ( continental but egg, bacon available too). Stocked frequently.

Entrance area looked a bit dated.

The room was a decent size and the bed was very comfortable. The location is only a 10 minute walk to the centre of town where there loads of bars shops and places to eat.

Nothing at all, staff were great and I have stayed here before.
