We liked the friendly atmosphere, the fact that we could put the bicycles in a secluded garage, the comfortable room and spacey bathroom. The breakfast offered everything anyone might need in the morning and more. The breakfast room was also enjoyable. Great location. Real value for money. Lots of restaurants nearby as well as bars. Almost sea view.

I guess some people would miss coffee facilities in the room, but we needed to think hard to find a possible minus.

Breakfast was fantastic. Staff very friendly and helpful. Got my room early by an hour which was absolutely lovely as I was soaked through with being on the motorcycle in horrendous weather my so called state of the art bike suite could keep the water out:-(

Far too hot in my room for sleeping comfortably. Mirrors full length of the bed wall is of putting if they had mirrors on the ceiling as well I would think I was in a knocking shop window in Amsterdam not a great idea:-(

The staff were friendly and correct, the room was comfy and spacious, the breakfast offered eveything one might want. Nice place to stay, close to beach, restaurants and bars. We returned here after our stay last month.

The heating wasn't working which resulted in a somewhat chilly bathroom. The problem was not solved overnight although we mentioned it to reception. Also some lights seemed to have a mind of their own switching on and off at moments.

Free use of the sauna and steam room was a great addition to a hotel that already had a superb location and was good value for money.

The breakfast buffet had no vegan options as far as I could tell. It would be great to have some non-dairy milk for cereal at the very least. But perhaps I overlooked it and/or perhaps it can be ordered. I didn’t ask the staff about this but would be worth checking with them.

The staff were excellent, on arrival in the Hotel Bero, they apologised for the inconvenience ue to the change of hotel, and even though the room that was allocated to us initially was unsuitable, the hotel rectified this immediately it was brought to their attention. Very friendly and responsive staff with excellent facilities

The Glenmore was closed for refurbishment when we arrived. We had no prior notice of this or our move to the Glenmore's sister Hotel Bero. This was a little distressing on arrival as we were not sure what was happening.

The hotel is situated close to the sea and the town center. It was very quiet at night, and the bed was comfortable. Everything was very clean, and the breakfast was also very good.

The room was not very big, but this is no exception.

We loved staying at Bero Hotel. Glenmore was not available and we were offered Bero instead. Everything and everyone was great! We loved our rooms and the breakfast!

We have not one complaint! It was fab.

Very good location close by the promenade and a short walking distance to the train station. The room was clean, with modern furniture and a nice bathroom. Breakfast had a lot of variety and the breakfast room is very pretty. The staff were efficient and helpful.

Pastries at breakfast could be better.

The central location was excellent. The buffet breakfast was also excellent

We booked a standard room and the bathroom was pretty compact to say the least. We also had a bad experience trying to get a drink in the bar and the waiter/night watchman went out of his way not to serve us

Very pretty and cosy hotel right in front of the beach. Beautiful rooftop, sauna access, very spacious and clean rooms. Breakfast was delicious and there was lots of choice. The staff is veeeery very nice and very helpful! I will be 100% back!!
