Communication with owner works perfect , everything was excellent organised and explained (reception doesn't work, at the moment, under reconstruction I think 🤔). Hygiene is for 10, for me it is the most important. We spent just one night during fantastic sunny weekend. In the room is everything clean, new and comfortable. Location is perfect, 1 min from main square, with many stores and shopping streets, 3 minutes from the beach ! Surrounded with many restaurants and snack bars.

Something was strange with shower and hot and cold water! We managed it for one night, but you really have to take care, it's not possible to regulate stability in water temperature if you take shower.

The hotel was spotlessly clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly, courteous and helpful.The hotel's position was slap bang in the centre of Ostend, about a 10 minutes walk from the station. I would recommend it to anyone other than if you have difficulty with steps.

The check in was automatic, putting in numbers on a keypad, then collecting a key from a key safe. I would prefer to meet someone. Also there are 4-5 steps from the entry up to the lift which could be a problem for people with mobility problems. The lift was small but worked well as long as you keep to the instructions.

Surprisingly great stay! The self check-in was smooth and super convenient. The room was spotless, comfortable, and had a calm, relaxing vibe. I especially appreciated the efficiency; everything felt fresh and well thought out. The breakfast buffet was clean, well-stocked, and just what I needed to start the day right. Simple, smart, and stress-free stay

Had to go back to the US again, wich I could have more time to explore everything :)

Apartment is great, really well furnished and equipped. It's also really spacious so easily accommodated 3 of us. Breakfast was nice, plenty to choose from. Location is ideal, right in the centre of time with plenty of bars and restaurants. Owners really friendly.

Finding parking can be a challenge. No negatives about the hotel itself.

Our friends booked at Alpha hotel and Ambassadeur; which were in the same price category, maybe few euro's cheaper but they were realy horror hotels... We chose Hotel Cardiff and what a difference this was. Good breakfast, good sleep, and nice room + bathroom. The check-in was also easy and fast. We did not have problems with nosie nuisance from anyone in the hotel. I guess ometimes you have to pay a little more to have some comfort. Lesson learned!

I don’t normally write reviews but I just had to say this.. My stay was really nice! The room was clean, with a mini fridge, the bed slept soooo good. The lady in the morning was friendly and helped me even tho I had lots of questions 😅 It's close to shops and the sea, I walked everywhere! Breakfast was also very tasty, fresh and plenty to eat. I felt safe and comfy there.

Easy check-in, very straightforward. The living room was very big. Everything was so clean and neat. Kitchen was easy to use. This is one of the best price-quality appartments in the centre in my opinion. Big terrace where we coudl eat outside on a picknick table. We also took the breakfast in the hotel and it was good for the price. The scrambled eggs, bacon and sausages were so delcious. And a big plus for the bathroom. Very big and also clean.

The weather could be better, rainy !

everything ran smoothly and exceeded my expectations. superb price quality ratio for the fantastic value of the level of comfort provided. it was incredibly quiet, had a restful night even in the city centre. clean, comfortable, and well-maintained throughout.

I arrived late, but the self check-in system made things simple, no waiting, no stress. This felt like a little retreat, with soft lighting and a great view over a small garden. Breakfast was superb and later we wandered to the nearby promenade. It’s rare to find a hotel that feels both central and peaceful. This hotel delivered on both.

The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, with a cozy bed and a modern bathroom. The location is perfect, just a short walk from the beach and the city center. The communicatoin was friendly and helpful, and the check-in process was smooth.We will definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.
