Large, very large room, comfortable bed and great bathroom. All in all, food's great (if you manage to get/reserve a place).

As a traveler, you're not guaranteed a place in the restaurant...you need to make a reservation prior, and that's pretty bad for someone arriving late evening. To receive the final bill, I had to insist via Booking, the owner didn't seem to be bothered. The room's entry token I received, opens other rooms as well (I entered by mistake in the wrong room). Seems that the owner knows this, but couldn't be bothered. No dedicated parking slots for hotel guests (parking is full on the weekend evenings)

This is a restaurant with 6 rooms. Not the hotel we expected but, once you know that, it is excellent. It is a very busy local bistro/brasserie doing lunch and dinner, but not breakfast. The food is excellent: a wide choice but majoring on barbecued steaks. Reception is in the restaurant and manned by the bar/waiting staff who, without exception, were young, pleasant and helpful. The rooms are on the first floor. Ours was spacious, clean and comfortable, no frills. The property is strategically placed just off the E42 making it a perfect overnight stop. Don't forget to book the restaurant. It is very popular.

The room and adjoining bathroom were modern, spacious, clean and comfortable. A safe, refrigerator and coffee-making facilities were provided, should they have been needed. An air-conditioner kept the room at an equable temperature without being intrusive. The beds were extremely comfortable!

Given that the hotel is in the same building as a number of businesses, the target clientele is probably businessmen and women, because no breakfast is provided at the weekend. Instead, you are directed to a couple of boulangeries, which are a few hundred metres from the hotel. As we were travelling on to Calais to catch the ferry, this was not a problem. Either we could have stopped at a service area for breakfast, or, as we did, catch an earlier ferry and have a full English breakfast on board.

Very quirky hotel but all good. Well kept suspect never destined to be a hotel but it worked well. Our room was huge probably due to the shape of the building……round! This place is more of a, [very good], restaurant with a handful of letting rooms but it actually works very well.

We had a very large room and enormous bathroom. All very clean. Staff were very friendly. The restaurant was very buzzy. Food a bit pricey. Breakfast was superb. I like the way everything is there for you on the table. Lots to choose from. Plenty of parking spaces next to the hotel.

Nothing to dislike. We have stayed before a few years back and standards have not dropped. Would definitely stay again.

The room was very modern but seemed a little sparse. All the basics were there but the bathroom shower gel was in a sachet which made it appear cheap. The room had air conditioning and despite being right on a main road, the room was quiet due to the glazing. The bed was very comfortable and there was a fridge which was a bonus. Unfortunately we could only eat in the restaurant if we ate early but that could have been remedied if we had booked ahead and it was a Saturday night so it wasn't a surprise that it was booked up. The hotel car park is also the restaurant car park so on a Saturday night, the car park was full. The location was great to just pop off the motorway and then back on to continue our journey. The staff were really helpful and friendly and came to our room with us to show us how everything worked. That was a lovely touch. There are plenty of eateries close by if you go for a wander not far from the hotel.

I suppose a little more homely and the provisions in the bathroom could be improved.

The rooms are huge with large bathrooms are are air-conditioned (essential at time of visit). Excellent breakfast supplied at time requested with fresh bread, pastries and fruit with choice of meats and cheese. Nice restaurant very popular with locals. Finally - we're in Belgium so the beer is good!

Being advised to book table at restaurant when we booked hotel as we had to wait for a table - and no separate bar to wait at.

This hotel was a pleasant discovery, and we included it in our wish list. Very modern spacious apartment. Silence, despite the proximity to the highway. Clear and professional work of the staff. And great food in the restaurant. And we were lucky to arrive on Wednesday, while the restaurant is closed on Mondays and Tuesdays. Tip: book a place in the restaurant in advance, it is very popular.

The staff was more than helpful with finding a good bakery in the morning. The room was spacious and spotless. The Italian bathroom was a nice touch too.
