We had a nice cute room with a good bed. They have their own parking lot. Breakfast is being held in a beautiful restaurant, the food was good too. They also have a nice relaxing room, but regardless all 170 EUR per night is a little bit too much.

There is nobody at the reception between 12 and 14, so this means that even if you booked a place for your car, you can’t park it there until somebody shows up at 14pm which is super inconvenient. we understand that checkin is from 14 and didn’t ask to accommodate us but we came earlier and we at least wanted to leave our car at the parking lot and go have lunch, instead we had to search for another place to park and pay there too. I just think it is super weird that there is literall nobody in the whole hotel for two hours to help guests.

Everything was perfect, we enjoyed it very much. The room was very clean, spacious, I loved the lamp on the table with the charger built-in (I would love to know where you bought it, I would very much like to buy one. for myself)

We stopped on the main road when we saw the name of the hotel, we rang the bell and the person that we talked to just told us to come back later. So we went back two times and that is the same thing he told us and the last time we went back that is when he told us that the Hotel was in another street. He could have told us that the first so that we didn't waste time and we could have gone to the thermal bath earlier. He wasn't very nice, he was in charge of his restaurant but he knew that all along but didn't tell us. for this reason, it didn't even crossed our minds to have dinner at his restaurant. When we went to check-in at the hotel, the receptionist said that he was there all the time.. So we waisted hours because of the guy at the restaurant

Very large and comfortable room, good air conditioning, great shower. Vending machine in a common room with drinks and snacks. The town is very vibrant with many bars and restaurants only a few minutes walk away.

The car parking was on a slope so parking our motorbikes was fraught, as they are on a side stand and could easily topple over if accidentally bumped into.

Excellent service, spotlessly clean room, great location, comfortable bed, tasty breakfast.

If I have to nitpick: the noise from the school opposite our windows could be disturbing for some customers (was ok for us). The automatic light in the toilet woke me up every time the toilet was used in the night, could not be switched off.

The hotel is well located for a walk about Spa, looking for a restaurant or just strolling about the city. And, although in the city centre they have parking space to accommodate a few cars. The restaurant, and the terrace when the weather is beautiful, are very good too.

Good hotel with great staff 5 minutes walk from the city centre and the Thermal Baths.

No fridge and it was a bit noisy towards night time due to the hotel having a common room and the Champions League being on that day

I loved the lounge room. When the weather was a bit bad. We could play games there. So we didn't need to stay inside our room.

The rooms where not in a building it was outside. When someone smoked outside of their room. It comes inside of our room. Because we only had one window to open.

The location was excellent as were the staff and facilities… one nice surprise was a games room, and roof terrrace

Other than it would have been nice to have a shelf in the shower I really can’t think of anything

Very good location, in the city centre. Good cleaning, quiet and relaxing place. friendly Staff, very comfortable bed, enjoyable lounge with pool table, board games, etc…

there’s no frigobar and the check out it’s too early, you have to check out before 11am.

Modern clean rooms with excellent bathroom and facilities, roof terrace and lounge excellent

Paying for parking on a non secure open air tarmac car park alongside a side road, would have expected this to be in with the cost.
