The house is amazing, it is eccentric and interesting. It is excellently located, has parking facilities. The room and the bed were huge and the bed very comfortable.the staff were friendly and helpful albeit by phone not so much in person except upon arrival.

No door on the bathroom which was an architectural decision but not nice to have someone on the loo while the other person is in the room. The room was a bit dusty. The shower was slippy when wet and tricky to use at first

The property was very conveniently located at the heart of the town and very near the Thermes Spa that was our main reason for visit. There were lots of restaurants and cafes near-by. The room was very clean and spacious and the host was extremely polite.

The check-in time was too late in the day (16:30) and check out was by 10:30.

The location was great and the host very friendly. The room was as expected, spacious, clean, comfortable bed and access to IR room and a bath.

There is the rule of no food in the room, so for us it changed the whole plan as we booked the luxury room to spend the night in the room enjoying the facilities, but as we couldn't bring dinner, we had to get dressed go to a restaurant and then come back, so no much time to enjoy the facilities. I think there is a pool and we were never informed about it. If we knew about the food rule we wouldn't have booked this room and we would have planned differently.

very large room, immense bathroom, very clean, friendly owner. Sauna in the room is a + for a chill evening. Walking distance from town center (500 m only). Good restaurant tips from the owner.

The breakfast should be included in the price (as it is a B&B). Even if it is not expensive, it does not match the quality of the property. No heating in the breakfast room. So many regulations in this property, is that really necessary, I ask myself.

Lovely room. Clean, spacious and well equipped. The sauna and bath made it feel like a bit like our private welness. Great location, right next to Spa city center.

We were charged an additional 14 EUR per person for a very basic breakfast (croissant, bread, jelly, cheese, soft boiled egg). This did not feel like good value and left a bad taste.

Beautiful house, spacious room with a very comfortable bed. Good breakfast with several options to choose from. Conveniently located in the city centre and there is parking space. Very warm welcome from the host!

The location was superb. Our host, Gylian, was excellent and drove us to the F1 Grand Prix each day, helping to make our weekend at the race very enjoyable.

We needed to leave very early so could not stay for breakfast. A small packed lunch to take would have been nice.

The size of the room, very vlean, the location.

That I had to pay for towels for the Swimmingpool. The room temperature and of the water in the pool too low. Only few parking spaces.

Property was beautiful and conveniently located a block away from  the quaint town of Spa. The funicular for the Thermes de Spa was also a short walk (5 minutes) to enter the Spa. Our time at Spa was incredible. Highly recommend Villa de Noailles!
