Centrally located, the room was clean and well equipped, the shower facilities were modern. Basically, it contained everything one might need for a comfortable stay. The breakfast was also good and plentiful! The hotel also has a restaurant at the ground floor with a great cuisine. We had dinner there, food and service were great. The restaurant is definitely on the pricier end though, so just be mindful of that. :) In general, we enjoyed our short stay in Spa. The only thing to point out is that the waiters and waitresses in the restaurant seemed to have a quite limited English and sometimes struggled to explain rather basic things, which I would have personally not expected from a rather upscale restaurant in a hotel. Nevertheless, everyone was friendly and we made it work, which is what matters:)

The hotel does not have dedicated parking spaces. We just parked on the street since it was not too crowded, this time being off season, but I assume that it might get more challenging in summer. Otherwise everything was great!

A very warm welcome from the manager and we were able to check in early which was convenient for us. Hotel is in a good location in the centre and close to all the main things in Spa. The room was comfortable and quiet overlooking a small square, the bathroom large and well designed. We had an enjoyable if short stay.

The bed was very soft, which was not ideal for me.

Excellent bedroom and bathroom, central location

Parking very difficult. We didn’t like having to drag our cases through busy restaurant. Although we were residents we were unable to purchase a drink at the restaurant bar on our return at night, also quite noisy outside.

The room was excellent, comfy and super quiet. The breakfast was really good: lots of choice in the buffet. We've booked a table at the restaurant during our last day in Spa. The service was amazing and the food quality was outstanding.

Really we liked every moment of our stay.

The hotel we stayed in was Villa des Fleur's just around the corner. The hotel Laurberge had double booked and did not get in touch. They did however organise our stay around the corner at Villa des Fleiur which was a 4* at no extra cost.

Fantastic location in the centre of Spa. Rooms renovated and modern, and good size. Comfortable bed, good shower. Very nice friendly helpful staff. We’ve stayed here before and would again.

No air conditioning in the rooms (although fan provided). Only one power outlet in the bedroom.

Too hot. Fan could not plug in the main part of the room - we had to plug it into bathroom socket. Not enough accessible electric plug sockets to charge phones or plug in the fan

The rooms were very hot, very little airflow through unfortunately.

The bedrooms are modern, well appointed, comfortable, but the best bit is the wonderful bathrooms with super showers and facilities. The hotel serves a good breakfast.

Nothing

The location was great! There are a lot of restaurants and cafes around. Everything is within a 100m radius. You can walk to the cable car for the Thermes Spa in 5 mins or less. The bathroom was surprisingly large.

The elevator is a little snug. It's a little difficult to use if you have several bags. There is also no dedicated parking for the hotel, which meant that we had to keep going to the car and changing the parking card time.
