I loved my room! I stayed in the ocean view king suite and it is perfect for solo travelers and couples.. very spacious, a great layout with a balcony that looks down to the pool/bar and out to the water. I also loved that there is an onsite restaurant and a long dock with chairs to enjoy views of the ocean and steps down that allow you to swim if you want. The staff was also so kind and accommodating. For an extra fee, they arranged my airport and ferry transfers on my arrival and departure which made my travel stress-free. I was incredibly grateful for this service as a solo traveler.

I loved everything

Lovely, well-located hotel with a good pool area & large twin share room. Bar staff were friendly & drink options good & well-priced. Communicating with the hotel before arrival to book an airport transfer from Belize City airport & boat trip to Caye Chaulker was good & responsive. We had a mix up with the airport transfer after our flight details changed & the transfer didn't meet us, but staff - especially Lorena (thanks!) - were very apologetic & looked after us when we called & got us sorted for the boat trip.

Just a couple blocks from the ferry and has plenty of restaurants in the walking distance. We walked to the hotel on our way in. Greg helped carry my wife’s bag to the room on the third floor. The restaurant has an extension which is 2-story open air seating. Looks nice at night. Lorena was pleasant to talk to and was responsive to my questions regarding tour info even before we got there. Greg also dropped us off at the ferry terminal in the golf cart which was appreciated.

We loved our rooms. They were spacious and all had some sort of mini-kitchen. We had beautiful views of the pool , property and sea from our balconies. We really appreciated that there was a restaurant and bar on site. We took full advantage of it! The staff at both the hotel and restaurant were great! Everyone was so helpful, friendly and accommodating! The location was perfect! We were steps from the water ferry and were in the heart of town.

The hotel has a roof top with incredible views, but it is in need of some work. We went up there several times, but there is not seating and it is rather messy. It could use a good cleaning and some renovation. It is a great space, but it is not very welcoming as is.

Beautiful, clean, private, quiet, the room and rooftop view, the pool, the people, the food, the drinks.

Th only thing I would change is where the TV was located in the room, other than that, it was absolutely perfect! oh, and the fact that the bathroom has an open ceiling to the room. 😊

-The location is excellent! Close to everything but far enough away from the rowdy party goers. -The pool is nice (warm!) and the proximity to the beach is awesome! -Bikes available to rent. -AC works well - Netflix in the room (which my kids really appreciated -Staff is friendly -Fridge & microwave in the room are great!

-The room was supposed to have a balcony. It looks like it used to, but they have locked the balcony door from the outside, so we couldn't open it. I sent a message to the front desk staff inquiring but did not get a response back. -Deck stairs were undergoing repairs so there is no way to get into the ocean -The pool water was very warm. Literally like bath water! -Weird bathroom situation- the wall doesn't go all the way up. There is a cut out section at the top of the wall (for ventilation??) However, it lacks privacy :( and you can hear everything!

The hotel is close to the water taxi terminal but the rate includes transport if needed, also to and from the airport. Rooms are very clean and comfortable and have both a fridge and china and cutlery if you want to eat in your room, though bars and restaurants are very close. Nice little pool with a swim-up bar. Staff are lovely.

Stairs!

The room was comfortable and very spacious, with a VERY big bed (VERY comfortable), AC, large shower, balcony with a hammock. Large TV, even including Netflix. We also had a fridge (very loud). Very clean too. We had a bit of a sea view. Location is great as it’s quiet but only a few min walk from the center. The hotel dock is nice, with swings. Excellent daily cleaning of the room.

The below is a bit of a personal comment but the hotel is a very tall structure, quite big, probably one of the biggest of the island, and not very nice looking. It « stands out ». Our balcony was stuck between our own AC unit and the neighbor AC unit, not exactly charming. It’s a bit tacky, from the ceiling / walls different shade of green colours to the glittering white leather headboard. Drinking water available in the room but refill costs $2.5. Tried the breakfast once, it was ok, not much quantity nor taste. And the coffee was USD2.5 a cup (not even included in the breakfast) and not good, almost London prices… we switched to the Color’s Art Cafe just next to the hotel for breakfast.

Everything! The entire staff was welcoming, friendly and helpful. They arranged an airport shuttle and also made our flight reservations when we left. The pool area is beautiful. The location is wonderful away from the hustle and bustle but a short walk to get to everything. There’s a coffee shop breakfast café and a wonderful pasta restaurant within a one minute walk. There’s a nice sitting area with swinging chairs and tables on the beach. Our room had a kitchen and spacious balcony. The bed was comfy and the shower was always nice and hot. You do need to request a pool view room. Not all rooms have them.

Room was very spacious and the balcony was awesome! We had oceanside view on the 3rd floor - lovely! The island is small - the location was great for walking around - probably less than 10min walk to the Split. Bicycles are available for rental, but we found them unnecessary unless you need to make it places in a rush which is not the island way. Lots of hangout areas available at the pool and also by the ocean, even some shaded! It was extremely windy when we were there however. The rooftop is not finished but you can go up there and watch the sunset (highly recommend).

Hammock on balcony could be hung higher :) Fairly expensive, but also great facilities.
