Decent location ... not far from the action but not IN the center of activity ... VERY CLEAN ... price was ok - it was the lowest on priceline but after I arrived and got to talking to people, there are better rates out there ... grocery on the bottom floor and pharmacy directly across the street and Auntie's kitchen (really cheap prices for a variety of good consistent quality meals) directly across the other street - are all very CONVENIENT.!!!

The water sure took a long time to heat up ... for ME (Mr NonTechnoSavvy) the TV was very complicated

Our king bed was so comfy (this was a highlight, we slept so well), the AC was great and the room was spacious and cleaned everyday. The shower was hot. The cleaning staff were friendly. The kitchenette was good, there was a toaster, kettle and microwave, but nothing for prepping food. There is however free water, tea and coffee which was nice. The location is excellent too and the shop downstairs was practical. Auntie's takeout is just across the road and the best food on the island for an easy takeaway dinner (chicken chow mein 😙🤌🏼)

Our room was at the end of the corridor so the wifi was actually non existent, couldn't make any use of the netflix on the tv. Our bathroom door wouldn't shut at all, let alone lock, and our flush was broken so we had to lift the flap in the cistern manually. Fine, but not super fine for the price per night. Also it doesn't say anywhere in the building but you need to go to the shop downstairs to check in.

-location. Few minutes walk to all good food stores, bars and restaurants - the supermarket located right below is incredibly convenience -daily cleaning service includes changing towels - there's water available for refill on the 1st floor -spacious room with pretty good wifi. I worked remotely there for a week and worked well for zoom meetings and calls -good mattress. I slept very well -A/C works well I would recommend for sure and will return.

The hot water in the shower lasts for about 10 minutes every time which is sufficient for my quick showers and doesn't bother me.

Good aircon, main things in the room were super clean eg bed floor bathroom (although a little more attention to detail in the corners and less obvious areas might be good) but generally it was very clean with floors being swept several times a day. Big room. Really kind and helpful having help taking bags to room. Check in is at the supermarket downstairs which went smoothly

Nothing really, it’s a little in personable but absolutely fine hotel to stay at and would stay again.

The location was conveniently close to the water taxi since we were traveling with luggage. We collected our room key from the shop downstairs, which was also the largest and best-stocked shop around the island. For the price, we got a fairly large room for 4, which included a mini-fridge and a TV. On the 2nd floor of the hotel there's a small shared kitchen area with filtered water, a kettle... and even coffee and tea, which was a very nice touch.

If the room door would have stayed closed without needing to be locked.

It's a decent room I'm a decent location. Wish it was closer to the split but has so many great restaurants near by. The rooftop patio was lovely as was the free water and coffee. They were constantly sweeping and mopping the common areas so they were clean even during multiple rainstorms a day

Rooms are not soundproof at all. People gather around the coffee station in the morning so if you like to sleep in, ask for the third floor

after staying in the cheapest places in Guatemala this felt like a luxurious palace, the room was spacious and there was hot water (sometimes hihi) there is a barrel with free water, coffee, tea, microwave etc. nice rooftop terrace

the reception is right in the supermarket which tends to get busy, fortunately we didn’t have any problems but I can’t imagine trying to talk to them for more than a minute. They seemed very unbothered by everything

Large comfortable room with safe and mini fridge. Communal space with filtered water and microwave. Grocery store on lowest level of property has everything you need. Great budget travel option. Staff extremely helpful and pleasant. Aunties Take Out Food and Errolyn’s House Of Fryjacks nearby, delicious.

Nothing. It is exactly as expected. Great value option for budget traveler. No balcony or outdoor space as expected, but you can find that on the Caye itself.

Great location hotel, in the centre of the island and very close to the ferry’s. Big room, huge bed! With 2 pillows each!! Wish more hotels gave two pillows. Supermarket downstairs was useful, although a little pricy compared to others. Staff were good and let us check in early for free! Would defo come back.

Pricy but all of the island is. They are still building on the building so there are lots of tradesmen and lots of dust in the shared areas, also water gets into the shared areas when it rains, so floors gets slippy.

Sky Inn is located just off the Main Street so it’s a bit quieter. There are restaurants nearby and, of course, a grocery store on the ground level. The rooms are spacious, super clean and look to have been recently remodeled. Air con works great along with the giant ceiling fan. The communal kitchen area is nice if you want to prepare any food or even make some coffee. The free drinking water was a nice bonus.

I would have liked another window besides the little one in the bathroom.
