Location was great and walking distance from the water taxi. We didn't use the pool but the area was nice with a swim up bar. The back of the hotel was on the beach and had swings you could relax in and view the water. Lovely. The room was great with two double beds with great mattress and great pillows. we had a big fridge with plates and utensils. The room was very clean and they allowed early check in with no problem. The vibe on the Island was super great and we enjoyed walking everywhere. We walked from the hotel to the Split with ease and also our tour was easy to find and access.

I think the only thing we didn't like is that we didn't book enough time there. We only booked two nights and we should have done longer.

I loved my room! I stayed in the ocean view king suite and it is perfect for solo travelers and couples.. very spacious, a great layout with a balcony that looks down to the pool/bar and out to the water. I also loved that there is an onsite restaurant and a long dock with chairs to enjoy views of the ocean and steps down that allow you to swim if you want. The staff was also so kind and accommodating. For an extra fee, they arranged my airport and ferry transfers on my arrival and departure which made my travel stress-free. I was incredibly grateful for this service as a solo traveler.

I loved everything

Great staff very friendly (especially Amy, Gregorio and loraina). Location on the south side is conveniently close to the water taxi, restaurants, groceries, Catholic church, a short walk to the iguana reef (stingray beach is located) and to the split. It also has a sister resort with a beautiful and relaxing infinity pool on the north side that we were able to visit and enjoy during our stay. The outdoor eating area was nicely done as well.

The kitchen could be better for a longer stay, but it has a restaurant and bar in the resort.

Lovely, well-located hotel with a good pool area & large twin share room. Bar staff were friendly & drink options good & well-priced. Communicating with the hotel before arrival to book an airport transfer from Belize City airport & boat trip to Caye Chaulker was good & responsive. We had a mix up with the airport transfer after our flight details changed & the transfer didn't meet us, but staff - especially Lorena (thanks!) - were very apologetic & looked after us when we called & got us sorted for the boat trip.

Just a couple blocks from the ferry and has plenty of restaurants in the walking distance. We walked to the hotel on our way in. Greg helped carry my wife’s bag to the room on the third floor. The restaurant has an extension which is 2-story open air seating. Looks nice at night. Lorena was pleasant to talk to and was responsive to my questions regarding tour info even before we got there. Greg also dropped us off at the ferry terminal in the golf cart which was appreciated.

The hotel is close to the water taxi terminal but the rate includes transport if needed, also to and from the airport. Rooms are very clean and comfortable and have both a fridge and china and cutlery if you want to eat in your room, though bars and restaurants are very close. Nice little pool with a swim-up bar. Staff are lovely.

Stairs!

We loved our rooms. They were spacious and all had some sort of mini-kitchen. We had beautiful views of the pool , property and sea from our balconies. We really appreciated that there was a restaurant and bar on site. We took full advantage of it! The staff at both the hotel and restaurant were great! Everyone was so helpful, friendly and accommodating! The location was perfect! We were steps from the water ferry and were in the heart of town.

The hotel has a roof top with incredible views, but it is in need of some work. We went up there several times, but there is not seating and it is rather messy. It could use a good cleaning and some renovation. It is a great space, but it is not very welcoming as is.

Beautiful, clean, private, quiet, the room and rooftop view, the pool, the people, the food, the drinks.

Th only thing I would change is where the TV was located in the room, other than that, it was absolutely perfect! oh, and the fact that the bathroom has an open ceiling to the room. 😊

-The location is excellent! Close to everything but far enough away from the rowdy party goers. -The pool is nice (warm!) and the proximity to the beach is awesome! -Bikes available to rent. -AC works well - Netflix in the room (which my kids really appreciated -Staff is friendly -Fridge & microwave in the room are great!

-The room was supposed to have a balcony. It looks like it used to, but they have locked the balcony door from the outside, so we couldn't open it. I sent a message to the front desk staff inquiring but did not get a response back. -Deck stairs were undergoing repairs so there is no way to get into the ocean -The pool water was very warm. Literally like bath water! -Weird bathroom situation- the wall doesn't go all the way up. There is a cut out section at the top of the wall (for ventilation??) However, it lacks privacy :( and you can hear everything!

Very convenient for the ferry, just turn left and its 2 minute walk. Lovely pool - almost too hot! Room was great, decent size. Bike available for hire, but we walked everywhere. Loved the island and its vibe, great food and trips available
