Super relaxed vibe, the cabins with the pool are super nice to chill, feel like staying there for a week. Pictures don't make justice to the place. Room and bathroom were very spacious, we were surprised as the pictures didn't look so comfy. Personnel very helpful, we booked a snorkeling day trip which was superb! Location is great, a bit on the further end of town and just a few minutes walk to everywhere (it's a tiny island). Great hot shower.

The only thing I would say is that the bathroom door (a sliding door) could barely be opened or closed, the hinges/wheels did not work, so it was tough to move it. The flushing of the toilet was very small, you need to do twice. None of the above bothered us and we loved it

Fantastic location. Love how bright and vibrant the place is. The pool is a real bonus and having the swim up bar is perfect. The restaurant serves such good quality food which tastes amazing, I’ve paid a lot more in stared restaurants and get far worse! Food is outstanding! Bed was comfortable and rooms/lodges are perfect. Overall the staff is what makes this place… and Henry is the man who can! He’s an absolute star ⭐️!! This was my second time there and it was better than the first!

Water takes a while to get warm in the shower and not all the lights work and the fans are a bit temperamental but these are little things that don’t really matter

Everything. The pool view out to the sea, the beach hut vibes, the private pier, the cleanliness of the rooms (they clean them whenever you request which is much more eco friendly than doing every room/linen/towel everyday), great AC and shower. But most of all Henry and Oscar are absolute legends - they made our stay a 10/10. Not only did they sort us out with an awesome snorkel tour where we swam with sharks and stingrays (Star Tours - check it out). They also hand delivered our passports back to us in a Belize City after we left them behind and they are just fun to be around and bladddy good blokes.

Nothing, it’s great value for money for Caye Caulker, would highly recommend.

The location is a few blocks away from the hubbub so it was quieter and right on the beach. The premises and room were clean. Everything worked. The pool is very nice and beautiful at night with the blue lights. Checking in got complicated and they handled it smoothly and professionally. Staff was busy working and handled things efficiently.

It is well lit (safe) but at night that makes the room glow in light. The main bed was extremely uncomfortable. It was very hard and I could feel the framing inside the mattress. The smaller bed was lovely. The restaurant and bar was somewhat opened which was confusing and didn’t meet any needs. Coffeemaker in the room but coffee not included.

Great place to stay in Caye Caulker, it’s about a 5 minute walk from the water taxi, I stayed in two separate rooms, one more basic than the other but both were clean and had everything you needed and it is great for the price compared to other places on the island, the pool area is lovely and in my opinion makes it such great value as you can relax there and they also have a dock with loungers so you can relax by the sea. Shout out to Henry for always being on hand for help and advice, such a cool guy.

The bedroom and bathroom were clean. Our room had teo fans and aircon which was needed and worked perfectly! The bed was very comfy, Our room also has a smart TV aswel, which was a nice bonus. Nice pool too!

The shower wasn't great, little pressure, and limescale blocking part of it. Although the room was really clean, brown bedsheets take away from that. If the sheets were white, it would make the room feel cleaner!

Location on the water, beautiful sunrises. Staff very friendly and helpful. Front porch on each unit very nice. Dock to walk out on was great, I swam from it in clear water several times. All in all it was a great place to land for our first time on the island. AC in unit was nice. Food was good, but staffing issues made it slower and limited the menu.

Our unit poolside was a little noisy occasionally, but i also liked it, the ocean view, near dock. Housekeeping was a bit rough, they never picked up the sand in our unit, just swept it into a corner or behind my luggage on the floor. I used a hand towel to sweep it out of high traffic areas. They only cleaned twice out of 4 possible times bc they arrived after 5:30 pm and we were over it at that point, so they just changed the towels. Short staffed probably. No soap was provided. Water pressure in toilet very very low.

We loved the location and how easily accessible everything was! The reception was also very helpful in helping us book the local boat tours, we did the Barrier Reef tour and it’s affordable with a great guide and his first mate. Henry and the receptionist were very friendly and helped us get a room at the local hotel as we’d only booked one night and couldn’t afford anything too pricey, and all of the rooms were booked here by then. The beach was right in front and we saw the sunrise from there.

The room was quite basic but the location makes up for it and you don’t need a fancy room when outside looks like paradise!

Nice location on the beach.I was in a cabana. The pool was lovely. It was small. It had a bar at the side and lots of chairs in the sun and shade. The room was fine but very basic.

The air con was terrible. Not the hotels fault but the weather was oppressively hot. I was planning to stay another night but couldn't stand the heat and it was hard to get any respite unless you went into a place with a decent air con. This is why I mentioned the pool in the first bit. Spent the second day by and in the pool mainly.The bad aircon made sleeping at night for the time I was there difficult. Also heat related, the ferry got us there for midday, but the room wasn't ready until 3pm. I thought I might pass out with the heat waiting 3 hours in that oppressive heat. I did leave my main bag in their office room, but I did want to keep hold of stuff in my backpack so had to stay put as too hot to lug it around.

We had the cutest little cabin right next to the pool and swim up bar. Beaches on the Caye aren't too swimmable because of the sea grass, but jumping off the dock in front is a great option. Also, sitting on our porch in the evenings, catching coastal breezes, was the best way to end a great snorkeling day. Staff were very friendly, especially Brittany. Just a lovely lady and insured everything was perfect.

No complaints! It was awesome!
