Restaurant staff were amazing. Beach service for drinks, water and lunch. Golf cart to transport guests around the property. The front desk was kind as I was checking out during the Microsoft airline delay turmoil, and allowed me to stay in the room for an extra hour.

Far from airport; very little dining outside of resort; bottled water not provided in room; no orientation to the property and amenities. I didn't find out until the last day there was a steam room and sauna for guest use. There were two beaches, but I couldn't find my way to Turtle Cove without going through another guest's "back yard".

Exceptional site and lovely beaches & swimming pools with good restaurants

The fact that, despite the heat, rooms were not supplied with drinking water & this had to be ordered from room service at $5 a small bottle. We had just arrived from staying at the Hamilton Princess hotel in Bermuda &, as is normal for luxury hotels of this standard, that had no problem in supplying drinking water to guests free of charge.

Room was very comfortable. Light bulb missing from lamp and bathroom window needed a clean but otherwise very luxurious. Breakfast was delicious and great variety on offer.

The beaches surrounding the hotel were stunning with crystal clear waters but unfortunately I picked up so many pieces of glass that I could have filled a bin. We were so lucky that we did not step on any and hurt ourselves. Told the reception staff but they were not surprised. That was disappointing

We loved our cottage accommodations facing Mangrove Bay! In addition, we loved the food and friendly staff. The location was quiet, and the resort is beautiful!!

The only thing that could have been a negative was the cost of accommodations and meals on site. But I knew that beforehand.

We loved everything about Cambridge Beaches--there are multiple beautiful pink sand beaches, staff are friendly and helpful, food was delicious. We did a couple's trip but I want to bring my kids when they're older. Such a beautiful place!

Paradise is expensive! But that means good roads, drinkable tap water, and safe and delicious food.

The food was amazing.

Overall location. The patio overlooking the water. Loved the rainfall shower.

Smelled a little mildew. Room service was pricey. Would like more choices for room service.

We loved Pegem Cottage. The room service dining food and staff was exceptional and we enjoyed eating in the dining room. The staff in the golf carts were very accommodating. The kitchen was wonderful. All of our requests were addressed immediately. We also loved the turtle pond.

We needed dishes at the cottage. Lots of Man o War and glass on ocean side beach. Would have loved a hot tub at the infinity pool.

The location of the room was great. We liked the privacy , the view of Long Bay and the outside amenities of the patio with chairs and table and lounge chairs and umbrella. The grass area was welcoming !

Daily House keeping could have been more detailed. Sweeping under furniture needed to be addressed.
