We had a blissful and nurturing stay at Willowbank. The staff is absolutely phenomenal, just so genuinely warm and attentive professionals. The property is quiet andd spscious, and there is a a stunningly beautiful small beach that will blow your mind with its beauty. The restaurant serves delicious meals three times a day and the staff is awesone. We had an amazing stay and truly expect to come back.

The two rooms we stayed in were modest and in this sense you get what you pay for.

I loved the personnel's hospitality, the Ocean's restaurant menu, the landscaping, the two private beaches available for guests, convenient bus stops in front of the hotel that allows you easily to travel by bus or connect with the ferry line that goes to both East and West sides of the island, and the beautiful sunset view that you can enjoy every night.

The swimming pool was not available but for good reasons as unfortunately the island was hit by a storm two weeks ago. Impressively the hotel infrastructure looked untouched.

This is a wonderful location, staffed by the nicest people. Willowbank is a charming, older facility that is kept up very well. Everyone who works there takes tremendous pride in the resort. Rooms are quaint and very clean with the essential accommodations. The restaurant is very good with high quality offerings. I will definitely be returning.

Length of stay wasn't long enough!

Lovely clean room and bathroom , lounge area full of character and comfortable sofas . Lovely ambiance. The resturant cuisine fabulous. With panoramic views a small private sandy cove and beautiful calm clear sea . Willowbank staff so professional, caring and friendly.

Absolutely nothing. It’s perfect

A good place to relax and do nothing but watch the world go by from one of the two beaches on the resort property. Very chill. Staff were incredibly nice to interact with.

The rooms are a little dated, beds and pillows aren’t high quality and the in-room AC unit leaked during our short stay.

Minor thing curtains thin so room very light as soon as sun was up about 6am on my trip

hard boiled eggs would be a protein addition to all those carbs.. loved the solitude..

a micrawave or small cooking devise would be a nice addition

I loved my stay at your beautiful property!! The views were stunning and I loved how there are two private beaches mere steps away from my room. My room was very clean, spacious and comfy and I really loved how quiet and private it was since it was like our own private bungalow. The staff were all super friendly, kind and helpful. I would love to stay at Willowbrook again and definitely a lot longer next time too!! <3

It was excellent. Very clean, quiet place and we loved the small private beach that belonged to the resort. My daughter fell in love with the huge pool to swim.
