Very charming property in central Sucre near the main square and all the main attractions of the city. The room was large and confortable. At the last floor of the hotel a stunning rooftop bar overlooking all the city

When we entered the room, a very strong smell was in the room like mosquitos/insects spray but when we asked about it they said the smell comes from a product for the wood floor, but we couldnt sleep all night from this strong smell. Inacceptable. The room was noisy, and from 6 to 8 pm there was strong noises of renovation undergoing and we complained about that

It was beautifully maintained, calm place to stay in the centre of Sucre. Full of antiques, including a museum in the basement. The staff were very helpful and the owner showed us round the museum. It was very luxurious and comfortable.

The room was beautiful and the beds were very comfortable. We spent sunset on the lovely roof terrace that serves delicious food and cocktails with an amazing view of the city. The staff were very helpful and the location is great.

While the building is beautiful there are definitely some details missing. We stayed in the junior suite and there was no water, robes or information in the room. There was a light hanging out of the ceiling and the room smelled overwhelmingly of floor polish. There is a gym and some jacuzzis but both were closed and there was no information on when we could use them. Bathroom is very basic and the breakfast wasn’t great. Just not what you would expect from a 5 star.

They have to change mattresses very uncomfortable also they have to leave replacement toilet tissues so you don’t have to ask to bring more every time you used them Wi-Fi signal very deficient all over the hotel must be implemented immediately it’s quite important!!

Beautifully renovated Colonial house, excellent location just off the central plaza but on a quieter street. Very comfortable, delicious breakfast. Views of cathedral from our room with a patio. Panoramic views from roof top bar and restaurant. We got a great deal on the room. Best stay of our 1 month Bolivian trip.

Most beautiful hotel. Stayed in a luxury suite with colonial furniture. Rooftop bar was great to watch sunset from. Centrally located and close to all tourist sites. Staff was lovely.

Try not to get rooms directly across street from night club... thumping till 3 am

The beauty of the decor and furniture far outweighed the practicality. For example, while the room looked beautiful, the toilet kept breaking down and at times there was a power shortage.

Breakfast was very ordinary- coffee was often cold and replenishing the food could have been more regular.

luxury hotel in a historical building. amazing view from the roof and from the bar, top floor. the rooms are cozy and quiet. At the reception they speak Namanshdi. located in the very center. highly recommend if you are looking for the beauty and quality of a colonial atmosphere. I highly recommend it, we will definitely come back.

Breakfast is Not to par, Bread and cookies very dry. Coffee certainly no winner at the breakfast. Would be nice if there was coffee Auto-Maschine for Cappuccinos etc.

Glorious old Spanish mansion, well maintained and full of treasures.

Hot water was sparse. Took 10mins of running the shower full on before it got warm, maybe as we were on the top floor of an old building.
