Hotel is centrally located, couldn't be better for exploring Sucre. The price is correct for such a wonderful location. Restaurant is decent and handy, but the food is just decent, nothing more.

Service is average, with notable exceptions among the staff. Mostly correct, but without any enthusiasm or a smile. The rooms have the only window to the inner yard, some to the corridor, which is enclosed itself, so impossible to open it unless you don't mind being exposed to other people's views while passing by. The furniture, beds, bathrooms, all looks tired and need an investment. Breakfast is average.

It was very near the square and very quiet in the evenings and nights. The beds, pillows, and the many blanckets were excellent, the breakfast and the shower good. Dinner and buffet lunch on Sunday were very good, too, and at a reasonable price. We tried the cakes and tea at the tea place at the entrance, and they were excellent too. Everything was very convenient.

A bit noisy early morning, but not a real issue.

they try to cheat a little by using the unofficial exchange rate for conversion- in the small print (even when paying with credit card) but after a short discussion with the manager we met in the middle, still the room turned out 50% more expensive than advertised on booking. could be avoided by paying USD-cash which I didnt have. still a very nice stay

Good location, big rooms, hot water, comfortable bed, clean (cleaning every day).

The lights in the patio stay on all night and the curtains are not fully black out. They should our better curtain or turn off the lights between 11 pm - 6 am

Great location and great old building. Amendities not new but good for the standard of Bolivia.

The breakfast was simply said not good for a 4 star hotel. Extremely small selection and even after asking nobody was interested in refilling the 5 plates available in the bufett. Dont expect more than basics, fruits and eggs

Fantastic hotel next to the main plaza. The room was very comfortable and nice and warm with the heater. The gas powered shower always hot. The breakfast has plenty of options. All the staff was extremely kind and helpful. The inner courtyard is very relaxing to just hang around, the restaurant has good food too.

Breakfast was the basic coffee, fruit, cereal buffet which was plentiful. An individual omelette was offered each morning and was freshly cooked. Breakfast times were over a generous 3 hour period from 7am to 10 am

I arrived late night after a stressful day and it was very nice to have the restaurant available there, food options are excellent. The room was spacious and with all the amenities expected, I loved to have minibar with drinks. Bed was comfortable and staff very friendly, they helped me with the luggage. Buffet breakfast available!

What a great hotel! The level of comfort and beauty is indescribable. The staff are incredibly wonderful, and the breakfast is good and decent. The hotel’s design and location are more than outstanding. The number one choice for anyone staying in Sucre.

Very nice building, perfectly located a few metres from the main square. Comfortable room. The attached restaurant is also good. Breakfast served in a very nice room. Staff friendly and helpful, although no one speaks English.
