Breakfast was just OK for me. I'm sure it was good for most, unfortunately I don't eat meat or dairy so I was restricted. But it was fine in the end as for others there was a good range. The staff were mostly friendly but on our first morning when we were trying to find our way around the breakfast we were taken aback by the unfriendly waiter. The other waiter was super and so polite and friendly.

The room was smaller than I would have imagined. We were 2 small people and the beds for us were tiny.

Beautiful hotel. Lovely staff. Spotless. The week we stayed was very heavy rain so had to get taxi all week to st. James chapel. As a wheelchair user, the hotel was difficult to access.. The steep ramp made it difficult to get into the hotel. It was very slippy, and I slid down the ramp, which is dangerous. It's an 8 - to 10-minute walk to church.

Wonderful staff, amazing location. I can’t say enough about this place—it’s 5 mins from the church and within walking distance to a lot of the restaurants. There are two grocery stores found across the street on either side. Thanks so much for being so welcoming and responsive!

It’s probably for understandable reasons but I would have really loved an iron for my room.

The location of the hotel was good. Beds were very comfortable and the hotel was spotless clean. Fabulous staff so helpful at all times. I would highly recommend it.

There's nothing I could say that I didn't like.

Hotel is located only a short walking distance from St. James church. Room was rather small but clean. Comfortable bed. Breakfast plentiful enough & could order omelette. Parking alongside hotel.

Hotel seems to have mostly large bus groups. Bit noisy in hallway as they come & go. Best to go to breakfast after the large groups.

We enjoyed our Stay at hotel luna ,the staff are so friendly, hotel is spotlessly clean ,beds are very comfortable and a great choice for breakfast each morning, would highly recommend and we definitely will return

Clean and comfortable rooms, the hotel is close to the city center, the receptionists are kind and helpful.

The walls are thin, you can here every steps in the corridor, and early morning this is not exactly lucky The breakfast was included in the price, but the same things in every morning :( I hate eggs :// No real coffe , only Nescafe, but the waiter helped me and brought me a decent espresso.

Lovely hotel with super friendly and welcoming staff- whilst I didn’t get their names, special mention to the two women and the man on reception that accommodated our early check-out despite the printer problem. The room was spacious, very clean and the beds were super comfortable. Room had air con and a small fridge which was really useful in the hot weather. Bathroom facilities were great - modern and clean. Disposable slippers were appreciated as the shower floor is slippery without some footwear. Breakfast was great - plenty of food and a good selection to pick from (cereal, toast, fruits, pastries, cold meats and cheeses, scrambled eggs, yogurt, juices, coffee etc.) which was regularly topped up by restaurant staff. Special mention to Josip for being a welcoming and friendly presence and doing a really great job the entire time we were there - exceptional service. Also appreciated that breakfast was set up slightly earlier than the breakfast hours (7-10am) which meant we were able to grab some food before we had to leave to catch the bus at 7:30am. Hotel location is also really good - 10-minute walk to the bus station; 10-minute walk to the Church of Saint James (and local restaurants); 25-minute walk to Apparition Hill (it’s a very peaceful and scenic walk so time passes quite quickly). Whilst you could probably find another hotel with similar amenities etc., the staff are a credit to the hotel and really set them apart! Thanks all!

Would be useful to have a water fountain/tap somewhere in the hotel to refill bottles - I didn't look for one so it may exist, but wasn't clear.

Friendly ,clean,welcoming and very good value Great location to everything.it was so quiet and respectful by all guests at nighttime which I appreciated because I had early starts

The breakfast was a bit different as at **** hotel level should be, based on my practice and opinion. But that was correct and absolutely in line with the price of the room. The staff is perfect and kindful. Next time we will choose the same hotel at Medugorje
