Breakfast was good lots of varieties lots of cans food, the staff were so friendly and nice, the room was very comfortable , the location is close to public transportation only you have to walk 7 to 10 min to reach the old city which is a breathtaking. taxi is everywhere and it was not expensive. 2 minutes walking to a huge mall that has all the brands. Supermarket front of the hotel, definitely I would like to repeat my experience with Mostar hotel again.

Breakfast was amazing, lots of varieties, staff are so friendly and so helpful Amel and the other man at night shift. The room was very clean and quiet although it was front of elevator room 403. The downtown was 10 min walking and it was breathtaking the street to it. The facilities in the hotel was good. Main shopping mall is 3 min walking from it and it has all the brands with really good prices.

This is a lovely hotel with a professional and high quality feel. The rooms and other areas (lobby, breakfast room, etc.) are spacious, calm and modern. We were impressed with the attention to cleanliness - everything was perfectly clean. The staff were very helpful, welcoming and wanted to make sure everything was perfect. Very good value for money for a room in a 4 star hotel.

Free parking, breakfast included and a short walk to the old town. You also get to see some remnants of the war as you walk to the old town. Sniper building being one of them chilling spots. Tall guy with shortish hair at the reception was a nice lad.

No baby high chairs for breakfast but we managed fine without it.

I was unable to control the room’s A/C… the A/C was slow to cool and then it got too cold in the middle of the night. Also, the woman at reception was one of the most unfriendly persons I’ve ever encountered at a hotel (the man at reception was nice and informative). The property is about a mile walk from the old town and bridge.

It was a good sized room with a nice shower. Breakfast was nice with lots of fruit.

It was not a bad location but wished it had been either closer to the train station or the old town. It is about 15-20 walk to each. It was close to the big shopping mall however which was good.

My room was at second floor There was a load party in the first floor.At 23:30 ,I call reception and ask why it the load party still going. The answer was if I want yo sleep I can move to higher floor. So if you want to stay and have peaceful night sleep there. don't take rooms on the second floor.

The location was convenient for my visit, suite was spacious, free parking, having late checkout was nice, mostly very friendly staff, convenient cafe with comfy seating downstairs as part of the hotel. Overall ok stay.

A bit outdated room decor, smelly hallways (the rooms are non-smoking, but the smoke from downstairs cafe is getting into the hallways). The view was not the greatest, but that was expected. Breakfast was ok, nothing amazing. I wish smoking was forbidden on premises and in the cafe downstairs.

I had a spacious, quiet room high up at the back of the hotel, just as I had requested. The receptionist was helpful in recommending a good restaurant. Free parking for hotel guests in the car park beside the hotel. Nice bar / cafe area on the ground floor.
