Great Parking… room spacious… good breakfast… non-smoking room

I was unable to control the room’s A/C… the A/C was slow to cool and then it got too cold in the middle of the night. Also, the woman at reception was one of the most unfriendly persons I’ve ever encountered at a hotel (the man at reception was nice and informative). The property is about a mile walk from the old town and bridge.

Breakfast, location.

My room was at second floor There was a load party in the first floor.At 23:30 ,I call reception and ask why it the load party still going. The answer was if I want yo sleep I can move to higher floor. So if you want to stay and have peaceful night sleep there. don't take rooms on the second floor.

The location was convenient for my visit, suite was spacious, free parking, having late checkout was nice, mostly very friendly staff, convenient cafe with comfy seating downstairs as part of the hotel. Overall ok stay.

A bit outdated room decor, smelly hallways (the rooms are non-smoking, but the smoke from downstairs cafe is getting into the hallways). The view was not the greatest, but that was expected. Breakfast was ok, nothing amazing. I wish smoking was forbidden on premises and in the cafe downstairs.

Free parking, helpful staff, fine breakfast, comfy room, Wi-Fi worked flawlessly. Close to the old town, all main sights are within a 10-15 minute walk. Couldn't have asked for more.

Very nice room and bathroom, staff are friendly and helpful, breakfast is fine with enough variety to fill your stomach but don't expect a huge choice, location is good around a 15 minute walk to the Old Bridge and Old Town, car parking available and so is a very good gym with decent equipment. All in all, a very pleasant stay.

Everything, breakfast was very good, parking was also nice. Staff was very friendly. The location of the hotel was also good real close to the big mall and the old town was not far. With de binbin steps it’s easy to go

The location was great and the staff was friendly and helpful. The room had a very nice view. It was easy to fall asleep there and the room was very quiet.

The breakfast looked great, but the food did not taste so good. The fried things were way too greasy and the fruit was not fresh. A lot of the fruit was way past the edible phase. I wish the room had brighter lighting. It was somehow too dark in the evenings. Same goes for the bathroom. I also think the bathroom could use a shelf or cabinet for storage as I was there 4 nights and had trouble finding a place for my products.

Very professional and welcoming staff. I was greeted by staff member in excellent German. Rooms are spacious, clean, wel-equipped and modern. The area is in the Roman-Catholic/Croatian part of Mostar. Quiet vincinity. The touristy part can be explored easily by foot though. I can warmy recommend this hotel and wish I can return soon to see more of the region.

Excellent hotel. Very spacious room. Great choice of both hot & cold food for breakfast. Reception staff were very friendly and helpful. Let us pay for only two nights stay due to us being unable to get there on the date planned. Plenty of bars and restaurants in the area.

No complaints.

Breakfast was a nice buffet. Lots of protein options with fruit and bread/pastries. Nice but simple coffee machine. Room was pretty large (I had a suite with balcony) and the bed was comfy. It also stayed quiet throughout my stay. Also, I appreciated the instant coffee packets and tea bags. They also let me have a late checkout which was much appreciated.

I couldn't get the TV's to turn on. And the restaurant wasn't open for dinner which was disappointing. I arrived on a Sunday night and everything nearby was closed so I had to scramble around for some food. I wish the cafe served some small food options or the restaurant was open.
