Breakfast was fine. Location was perfect. Just a few minutes walk from the old town. So it was very quiet. We also had car parking at the hotel which was very useful. The bedroom was spacious with a large bathroom and proper shower. The bed was large, there was excellent space for all our clothes in the wardrobe; there was also a fridge. The staff were excellent and very helpful, especially as I became very ill. They let me rest in an enormous apartment until I was able to walk. I am very pleased I booked this hotel and not one that was in the old town.

If there had been a safe it would have been even better.

We really liked the location of the hotel. It's near the old town without the noise and hassle of being in the old town. Despite being near a busy road, the hotel was extremely quiet and we slept well. The shower pressure was good, the rooms were clean and the reception staff were friendly, professional and welcoming. Also, this was one of the best hotel breakfasts I have ever had. If you're a non-meat eater, you're in luck. The grilled vegetables, salad, fruit, eggs and cheese options will keep you going all morning.

For my taste, the bed was very soft and the towels a bit thin. We had a serious issue with the hotel while there, which we weren't happy about. However, the reception staff dealt with it in a very professional manner and the management resolved the issue in a way that was fair and satisfactory under the circumstances. As a result, we would happily recommend the hotel to anyone visiting Mostar.

We had a wonderful stay at Villa Mila's during our visit to Mostar! One of the biggest highlights was the unbeatable location—just a short stroll to the city center and the iconic Old Mostar Bridge. It made exploring the heart of the city so easy and enjoyable. The accommodations were spotless and incredibly pleasant. You can tell a lot of care goes into maintaining the rooms—everything was fresh, tidy, and comfortable. Parking was also very convenient, which is a big plus in a central location like this. Even though the villa is located on a busy and often noisy street, we were amazed at how quiet our room was. Once inside, it felt like a peaceful retreat, completely isolated from the hustle and bustle outside. What truly made our stay special, though, was the kindness and hospitality of the hosts. They went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. A particularly memorable moment was when they warmly let our son play the beautiful, century-old piano in the lobby—a truly unique and thoughtful touch that we'll never forget. Villa Mila’s is a perfect blend of comfort, location, and heartfelt hospitality. We would absolutely stay here again!

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Mostar. From the moment we arrived, the receptionist gave us a warm and friendly welcome—she was extremely kind and helpful throughout our stay. The hotel has a large, convenient parking area which was a big plus. Our room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with everything we needed. Breakfast was very good, with a nice variety to choose from. The location is perfect—just a 4-minute walk to the iconic Old Bridge and the historic center. Overall, an excellent experience. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Mostar!

The staff was great, from the reception to the ladies running the breakfast room. We appreciated the little signs noting "pork" or "chicken &beef" on the charcuterie and were given appropriate warning of what of the other products were not "halal".

We stayed on the first floor eventhough we had booked an attic room. Throughout the night there was a loud noise coming through to the room, most probably from a large AC or another machine. I am a light sleeper so I used ear plugs and managed great, my husband did not even notice. Since I was able to manage I did not talk with the staff - I have a feeling that had I done so, we would have been given another room. They were so forthcoming and nice with everything in general.

Hotel has a very good location with a few minutes walking to old town. The hotel has a spacious parking lot. The wifi is strong and stable. I had some wotk to do on my laptop computer so I found it very comfortable to have a comfy chair and writing desk in the room. There is also a fridge in the room. Ours was a rooftop apartment so very tall people may find it uncomfortable because of the low ceiling. Breakfast had a great choice with lots of fresh fruit. Great value for money, so definitely recommended.

Convenient location near the center of Mostar—easy to reach by car and easy to leave. Breakfast is fine. The place is suitable for 1–2 nights. There are a couple of very nice restaurants nearby, and you can easily reach the historic center with its bridges on foot.

The room is fine for spending a night in, but it is clearly not designed for much more than that. While the room itself is spacious, the space is used rather ineffectively. It has a table, but it is not very suitable for a laptop.

Great hotel a short (about 22 minutes) walk from the East Mostar bus station (which we arrived at from Sarajevo), which is also a few minutes' walk from the Old Town. The hotel was well presented and spotless throughout. Staff on reception were very friendly and spoke perfect English. Breakfast was a good buffet selection in the basement dining room. Think it wasn't too busy (early February) so we got upgraded to a bigger room, which was nice!

Really, nothing, we had a lovely stay.

The hotel has a free parking spot , the location is great , walking distance to main places. The front desk Tanya was so kind and helpful to us. She is doing her job very well , that is the main reason I give 10 star. I hope she is getting enough payment :) They arrange a bottle of wine since we were in the honeymoon. Thank you so much for everything. It will be a best choice to stay in this hotel.

The breakfast can have more options for sure but it was good still.

* actually liked everything and can absolutely recommend this place. I rarely give a 10. Here -personally- the bed a bit too soft for me and I would have prefered a cappuccino over a regular coffee with breakfast. Again, this is neglectable. I loved this place!
