Affordable walking distance to the old city center, around 10 minutes to the old Mostar bridge. They have private parking and a common space where you can eat your own snacks. They have two small swimming pools one outdoor one indoor where you can take a bath after a warm day. The staff are friendly and try to help you. It is clean

It's located next to the main entrance to Mostar, so there is a lot of traffic even at night hours and could be annoying if you have a shallow sleep. If you close the windows the noise is reduced but even that is still a bit annoying.

First and foremost the staff. My room was booked for second floor but when I told them I have knee problems, they changed my room to ground floor. After the first night I had very bad mosquito bites which I think was from the room, and they again changed my room which solved the problem. The staff was super helpful with recommendations too. The room was spotless clean, aircon worked perfectly and location was perfect

The location is perfect and just 5 minutes from the old city center. The guys working in reception are very kind and helpful and they are really always ready to help and offer assistance around the hour. There was no Iron in the room, but ,,Almir‘‘ the hotel manager bought a new one for me. There was also a problem in the AC, and he sent us a workshop to check the problem and finally he changed the whole AC during our way out. Everything is perfect. Just klick booking and enjoy your stay in Villa Luxe. The swimming pool is also very beautiful and I had a chance to escape from the hot weather and enjoy the cool water!

What fantastic staff. Gave loads of advice and parked my car for me because I’m not used to a left hand drive or automatic. Clean, comfortable and 5 minutes walk to old town. Also my wife forgot her jacket and they arranged to post it. Brilliant value!!

It was easy to find and with parking and swimming pool that was always empty. The facitilities are clean, the employees nice. The breakfast is ok, but room for improvement.

There could be more dishes in the appartment, but probably hardly ever people cook. The internet was bad, slow. If you need to work, it is better to go into dinning room.

The receptionist put so much effort to let us feel welcomed. He explained us everything what we wanted to know and shared local experience with us. He was absolute excellent!!!!! The rooms were quite clean and comfortable. The location was top!!! We could reach the Stari Most (old bridge) by a 5 minutes walk. We would recommend this accomodation to other people. Even parking is easy and uncomplicated there. Really Really good .

Very helpful and friendly staff ready to help anytime. Spotless clean. Swimming pool is very refreshing after long drive.

Some guests were smoking in the lobby and outdoor pool area but its common to Balkans overall.

The apartment in the attic was clean, spacious, had hot water, and a kitchenette. There are some stairs to walk up, but it's nothing bad.

The A/C wasn't strong enough to keep the whole apartment warm. And there is no heating in the bathroom, so i froze when i got out of the shower, haha.

We absolutely loved this spot, the staff were absolutely lovely and extremely helpful. The beds were clean and comfortable, indoor and outdoor pool were very pleasant and we enjoyed the sauna too. We will 100% return to this hotel when we come back to beautiful Mostar🤍

Good location, not far from the old town. Staff were very friendly and helpful and they gave us a discount due to the swimming pool being out of order and a fridge magnet as a parting gift!

Swimming pool was out of order on our first day and was very cold on the second day.
