It was just perfect. It was our first time in Bosnia and Herzegovina, our first time in Mostar, and we had no idea what to expect. With my role in the UN I travel a lot, and I’ve never had a more sincere welcome from hotel staff. Our thanks go to Jenet, Adin, Medin, Maid and the entire team for giving us such a lovely evening and experience. We’ll be back.

Nothing - it was perfect

This hotel is absolutely amazing! They are located right next to the Old Bridge and the heart of the downtown tourist area. We had lovely views out of our room, and the room itself was clean and comfortable. The staff is exceptionally helpful and kind. They gave us a hard time for carrying our own bags down (they were teasing but also serious - they just want you to relax and not worry about a thing). Also the breakfast was DELICIOUS and they have a beautiful outdoor seating area overlooking the water. Can’t recommend this place enough!

It was the most expensive place we stayed in Bosnia. I’m sure you could find a lot cheaper stay options in relatively the same part of town. But I don’t regret our stay and WHEN we return to Mostar (because we just loved it so much) we will absolutely stay here again! You get what you pay for :)

Staff beyond fabulous and both breakfast and dinner wonderful…..this is a VERY SPECIAL place and if you are in Mostar you would be making a mistake to not book here……

Kriva Cuprica was a beatiful experience, excellent hospitality from the staff is what makes the difference here. We were a little apprehensive as muslim travellers in low season and first time in Bosnia but the staff really went out of their way to make us feel comfortable and welcome and recommended place to visit/ travel options. Great location, clean spacious rooms and breakfast is good.

A big emphasis on alcohol as soon as you enter property and restaurant decor centre’s around this, can put off non-alcoholic/ Muslim guests who dont appreciate being around alcohol. I live in the UK so i am used to alcohol presence but i feel this was a prominent feature and distracts from the beauty of the place, its history and heritage.

+++ enclosed in the Crook Bridge area with multiple and convenient accesses to main streets +++ welcome drink and yoghurt taste good, making us feel at home +++ spacious room with views +++ a variety of food & beverage ensuring decent breakfast +++ friendly and patient staff 5BM and 10min by taxi from Mostar Bus Station We didn't get to spend as much time as we"d hoped exploring the heritage town due to the bus schedule, which departed at 9 a.m. Prior to our arrival, we had some issues with payment, but thankfully, the hotel was able to resolve it and charge the room rates by our card. Upon arrival, the hotel exceeded our expectations and became a highlight of our visit to Mostar. We hope to return someday and will definitely recommend this place to friends planning a trip to the West Balkans.

Nothing, everything was perfect.

Our stay at Hotel Cuprija in Mostar was incredible! We have traveled a lot and we can say without a doubt that your hotel is the most beautiful and hospitable we have ever stayed at! We were traveling for our honeymoon and the front desk greeted us with fresh home-made peach juice and yoghurt upon our arrival and introduced us to their adorable kitten "Muffin." We were missing our farm animals back home and loved getting to hold Muffin and chat with the staff as they assisted us with our luggage. They offered us a superb dinner reservation at the Hotel's restaurant where the lamb and veal was beautifully presented and accompanied by delicious baklava. We loved the online room video previews and were delighted by our room with a wonderful view of the town and enjoyed our daily breakfasts overlooking the Crooked Bridge on the outdoor terrace. To top it all off, they offered us delicious Bosnian cookies during our morning check out which we have enjoyed at home reminding us of our wonderful time in Mostar! If we could give this hotel a 5-star rating we would - definitely recommending to all of our friends and we hope to come back here for a future wedding anniversary!! :) Thank you Hotel Cuprija!!

The property is in a fantastic location right in the heart of Mostar with a lovely view of the crooked bridge. The rooms were great and good size. However, the best thing about our stay was the AMAZING staff. They were genuinely the best, most friendly and helpful staff we have ever met and they went above and beyond to make sure we had a brilliant stay. From great recommendations to connecting us with the world’s best taxi driver, they were fabulous. We could not recommend this place more! Thank you all for everything, James and Caroline (the one with the beautiful eyes!) Ps. We will always be supporting Velez from afar!

Absolutely nothing.

Oh my goodness, I can't say enough good things about our stay! Room was much larger than I expected for Europe. Location is TOP NOTCH! Right next to the crooked bridge and right in the center of old town. About a 5 minute walk to the Old Bridge. View is AMAZING! Ambience is charming. Staff is so helpful, kind and accommodating. Do yourself a favor and make sure to have the traditional sac. You have to make reservations and order in advance. But it was one of the best meals we had on our trip. We had the veal but they also offer chicken, lamb and vegetarian. It's just delicious! Breakfast is a buffet and perfectly fine. (Not as good as the sac but that's a hard bar to hit!)
